A-1 Pizza House

Excellent grinders, lots of fresh meat, veggies, cheese etc. haven’t tried pizza yet but I’m sure it we I’ll be just as good as grinders, plus the price is right, rather have a foot long from here than subway for same price, this place is eating fresh.

Decided to try a new place and ordered pizza from here last night. It took over an hour and a half for it to arrive, and when it did, it was stone cold and missing the drinks I ordered with it. I cannot really say whether it would have been good while it was fresh. On top of that it was expensive! I am very disappointed.

If you want awesome pizza to go then this is it. The pizza was delicious. I ordered chicken parmesan sub but when I saw the chicken was frozen I switched to pizza and it was awesome. I wish they would except credit card.

The owner knows me so well and i forgot to say add black olives and he said add black olives. That’s knowing your customers on an intimate level. That’ PERFECTION. It doesn’t get any better than that. He is a great man. Owned by Khans relatives, so you know it’s top quality and HUGE Portions. The pizza is the best in my opinion and huge chucks of toppings, like hamburg and sausage, cheese. Thin crust so you can taste the toppings and not full of doe that steals the flavor of the toppings. Grinders are huge and plenty of meat and veggies. This is one of the best kept secrets in town. They don’t even advertise because they have more than they can handle from regular customers. When you go in you’ll see pizza boxes stacked to the ceilings. What does that tell you?. Friendly customer service for being as busy as they are and any complaints are given a free product if it isn’t right by the customer, no hassles. EASILY 5 STARS or better. Another place that has 4 stars that was awful. Maybe not awful but it was on par with Pizza Hut. Which is generally not good. 2 stars because it’s pizza, and pizza is like a hummer, there’s no bad pizza or hummers. But great pizza and hummers will have you travel 6 miles on broken glass barefoot. This stuff, don’t even walk across the street.

great pizza, awesome grinders, especially the chicken parm and meatball!!! cant beat the two for one pizza deal. the staff if extremely curtious and goes above to make you feel welcome. the small restaurant has a cute cozy feel!!! best pizza in florence!!!

You walk in and instantly get a full old school pizza shop feel from this place. The place doesn’t take debit cards which is my only complaint (they have an atm in store). decided instead I would try there subs instead of the pizza. The cashier was very friendly and even asked me about my day. They also had a little girl bring out drinks for people it was cute. I did not eat in but took my sandwich to go and the chicken parm was heated perfectly and tasted great as well. The sandwich was pretty big and was great for the price. So 4 stars from me because of the lack of accepting debit/​credit cards. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick meal.

The 2 for 1 pizza deal usually run around 20 bucks so good deal for feeding many people with very solid pizza.

It’s pretty good. I drove out of Northampton because it had five stars, we’ll guess I’m review number seven. It’s ok 3 stars. Tell it like I see it. Florence must have some bad pizza places if this is the best according to some of the locals. Spanish guys running the place seemed fast and courteous. Give these guys better ingredients and recipe they could score higher.
