Wendy’s

Just walked out of this place without ordering. 6 people on line in front of me, the line doesn’t move for over 10 minutes. Employees behind counter have no sense of urgency or any concern for what they do. There are enough people working there that it does not seem to be an issue of being short staffed. These workers just simply don’t care. And they do not deserve the $ 15/​HR minimum wage they are crying for.

I came to try the 4 for $ 4 meal ! It has Jr. bacon cheeseburger 4pc chicken nuggets fried and a drink ! This is the best deal ever. The only problem is the line moves slow and the cashier isn’t friendly

DEPLORABLE. Let me start with the customer service: I have never, in my life, been so disgusted by the customer service found here. Upon walking in you are met with eye rolling, sighs, and a general look of disgust… as if you had done something wrong by just showing up. Oh and how could I forget the attitude while placing an order. Just lovely. Secondly, I had read a previous post about the prep cooks not wearing gloves… this is true. I’ve noticed on more than one occasion employees handling food without these gloves. I’ve seen a female employee drop a bun on the floor, look over her shoulder, wipe it off with her (bare) hand and continue to make another customers order. Another customer had complained her french fries were cold and soggy and asked for a new batch. The employee took the customers fries and refried them instead of making new ones! I guess potato prices are on the rise?
My advice to management? Clear house and find employees who actually want to work and do a good job… and who actually know how to speak with customers in a pleasant way.
The food: dusgusting, cold, stale, sloppily handled and put together.
If you want REAL food with quality service I say splurge the extra $ 2 and go to a better establishment like 5 guys or shake shack.

Absolutely horrible. The employees are very rude. I ordered three 4-​piece chicken nuggets and received only one sweet & sour sauce. I asked for an extra sauce and he throws it across the counter at me. I have never encountered such rudeness from any food spot, total thumbs down. And the fries had no salt. Don’t go here!

If I can give a negative rating I would, it never fails. The employees are terrible and the food is disgusting. Too bad this is the only Wendy’s near me I am pregnant, and my daily craving is cheese fries. I wish they would clean up the staff and actually take their job serious. We’re paying customers and we deserve good customer service. Your paycheck comes from us, not the other way around.

I’m not a fast food kind of person but there a simple things that once you walk into an establishment should just standard. For instance, this joint feels grimy, the floors and walls feel covered in something that is not clean. It looks very downtrodden and definitely needs a cosmetic overhaul.
When ordering there is nowhere to wait for your food, it comes at the same register you ordered it from which means there is a lot of foot traffic in the small ordering area. It gets frustrating when you are trying not to get in the way but there is nowhere not to. That was a yucky sentence to write.
As for the food it is always just ‘meh.’ I don’t add salt to most of my food but here I had to put it on the fries. We took our food to go. My chicken club sandwich was simply ‘meh,’ hence the two stars ‘meh. i’ve experienced better.’

This place is awful. Very bad.
The people behind the counter don’t wear gloves while handling your food and they touch their running nose while handling your food as well. Very bad with regards to cleanliness and healthy food

First Wendy’s where I’ve had a bad experience. My chicken was dry, bread was stale, fries stale. My parents baked potato was messy and old. The chili was mostly water. The one thing that didn’t suck was the soda, hard to mess up since it comes out of a dispenser. Never going here again. Wouldn’t be surprised if I have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night tonight

This is a particularly awful Wendy’s. The line moves at such a pace that were they to freeze their «always fresh, never frozen» burgers, they’d be thawed by the time you reached the apex.
The bathroom looks like something out of the movie Saw.
We’ve set the bar so low for fast food we could trip our fat feet over them. That’s the only explanation for how this «hell on earth» exists.
The tomatoes are white. Need I saw more?

Service is horrendous. Food is terrible. Place is creapy and disgusting. You make the call.

Pure unadulterated crap.
This place has become so disgusting. I got food poisoning from this place about ten years ago, and just last week my aunt got food poisoning from here. At least back then they were remotely clean.
People who eat here are druggies from the area, and the people behind the counter don’t always wear gloves, and are just scary looking.
McDonalds faithful.
