Safelite AutoGlass

I had my windshield fixed on June 18^th, Kennadi was very professional, called me early in the morning to let me know when she was expecting to be there, then I got a text from Safelite when she was on her way and she got there right on time. She was so helpful, filled in the crack in my windshield perfectly and I can barely even see it anymore. Wonderful experience and wonderful job.

Poor customer service. The company has not emailed me or phoned me in a month regarding my satisfaction with the service. The technicians had an attitude and when they returned my vehicle, they did not thank me for brining my car in for business. Sticking to inner city business only.

We had the misfortune of having to replace our windshield due to a rock pebble hitting the bottom corner. So after talking to our insurance provider, they referred us to this place, and we couldn’t be happier.
First, the customer service was great, and the lady who operates the front is super nice, informative, and thorough in procedures, protocol, and general information. She was approachable, and that in of itself, was a huge plus.
Second, our windshield was replaced with a Pilkington glass; a brand that stands the test of time. We were happy to know that they use high quality, and not just some after market that was questionable. Of course, if you wanted factory, you most certainly can get it here as well.
The wait was about 2 hours because of curing time, but the time passes quickly, with the assortment of magazines, drinks, and TV that you have access to. Final bill came out to be about $ 300, and even though our insurance covered it, we wouldn’t have hesitated to pay it out of pocket because of the great workmanship.
I can’t speak for other locations of Safelite, but this Flint location did a great job, and if I ever have any future windshield issues (I certainly hope not), I’ll come back here.
