The first time I ever walked out of a salon… ever.
I’m not a snobby person. I have been to very divey nail salons… but this place takes the cake.

I needed to find a new nail place and decided to try this one out. My sister and I got gel manicures, mine lasted pretty long so I have no complaints but my sisters chipped the next day. My biggest concern about this place is the hygiene. I work in a microbiology lab so I don’t get grossed out easily but this place had me worried. First, the woman who did my nails stopped in the middle to cut her child toenails… fine but she came back to me and didn’t even wash her hands! Also, the little bowls that you put water in to soak your nails were not clean. They fill them up with regular tap, soak your nails and then when they are done they dump the water out and out them back on the shelf and reuse them. No soap. No hot water. Gross.

Place sucks. Had a gel manicure and it already chipped (2 days later). Place needs a total overhaul and is disgusting. Save your money!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went to get a gel manicure, less then a week later the polish was peeling off and nails were so week I broke four of them. Went back to complain and was told there is nothing that they can do… Bad business practice

Yes its clean but I will NOT be going back. The owner is rude and rushed doing my gel mani & eyebrow waxing. My nails are now different lengths and my pinky nail is already chipped. SHE IS THE WORST.

What a horrendous experience!
While I appreciate that they were relatively clean and took me as a walk-​in, it took over an hour for JUST a gel manicure and my nail technician was ABSURDLY rude! I’ve never had someone act like such a jerk and then still expect a great tip! My nails were not even, they weren’t filed well and the gel was lifting in less than 3 days. The price was OK, but by no means cheap. If I’m paying you for a salon service, I expect you to at least pretend you’re pleasant and I expect it to last more than just a few days.
Next time I’ll have to just drive the extra 20+ minutes to literally ANY other salon! I would not return here if they were GIVING AWAY free services!

Terrible. Should have done my nails myself cause I could have done a better job than what I just paid for. The nail tech had an attitude as soon as I sat down and said I wanted a regular mani rather than the gel mani that she was pushing. I wouldn’t have cared about the tude if she did a decent manicure. Decent. Not amazing. Not mind blowing. Just decent. HA! This is the messiest manicure that I have ever paid for!

Sure, they took me as a walk-​in for a regular manicure (mind you I was one of 2 people in the entire place) but boy, did they make it obvious that I was inconveniencing them. Technician was extremely rude and didn’t even do a good job (was painful in cutting my cuticles, zero hand massage and filed a couple of nails crooked which I didn’t notice until I left). Zero customer service… never going here again.

Went here once for a mani-​pedi and won’t be back. Perks are its clean and accepts walk-​ins. I paid $ 35 for a basic mani-​pedi (no gel/​French manicure etc), which is $ 10 more than I pay in Summit. The nail tech rushed through it and barley paid attention. My big toe clearly needed an additional layer and she just finished up. She used the pumice stone primarily on the middle of my foot? And barley massaged my feet. After my manicure, I accidentally stubbed my finger and messed up the polish and she did the bare minimum to repair it and walked away. When I handed her a tip she didn’t even say thank you. I will be trying other nail salons.

Linda did a great deluxe pedicure and fill on my nails. She was professional, friendly and thorough. My nails have stayed perfect for two weeks.

If you’re not looking for a quality manicure and want to get in & out and leave with some color on your nails this is the place for you. I recently had a manicure/​pedicure at Nail Pro and found that the technician cut several corners in order to rush me in & out in addition to doing a sloppy job. Being a cosmologist myself and having both a full hair and nail license I know the business and can easily identify professional and quality service. I found the technician to be lazy, in a big hurry & in denial about her job performance.
