Dans Backyard BBQ

Dan’s Backyard BBQ is truly one of the best catering options out there. I hired Dan to come to my father’s birthday celebration and everybody there was amazed! Both at the quality of the food and the terrific service we received. Dan brought one of his catering trucks right into my backyard and even cooked food on the spot! The whole operation was very professional and sanitary, as all his employees were wearing gloves while handling the food and his truck appeared spotless! The whole experience was truly a pleasure.
I also got to enjoy Dan’s Backyard BBQ at the 4-​H agricultural fair in Ringoes. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich and my friend had the roast beef. The brisket was to die for, cooked until it was nice and tender and rubbed with delicious spices, and the roast beef was greatly enjoyed as well. I would also highly recommend the BBQ ribs, which I split with my father at the fair. All the food was unbelievable.
If you’re looking for a mobile caterer with great food and outstanding service, I highly recommend Dan’s Backyard BBQ! Dan was so great to work with and he made the whole hiring process effortless. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future.
