A very dirty Walmart store. I felt dirty bring inside. The customer service was bland and didn’t stick out. I was turned away from returning an item because there was one mounting screw missing. I thought that was a negative in customer service. It’s a very chaotically organized store. Glad target is down the road. Neither Walmart locations have good selections of merchandise. Smile guys, you’re getting paid.

The most helpful employees of any Walmart I’ve been to in a long time. This Walmart was across the street from my hotel and a useful place for winter scarves and gloves. Flagstaff is at 7000 foot elevation so the temperature is 10 – 20 degrees cooler than Phoenix.

For some reason, they have installed cell phone jammers. You walk in and your cell phone dies. Hope there is never an emergency there… Otherwise, it’s a Wal-Mart, what else can I really say.

This Walmart is a great location and very helpful and very clean and organized during the early days as in the a.m. our helpful people everywhere if you can’t find it at Walmart then you get someone to help you are the probably if you look to your left or to your right there’s probably a Walmart associate within an arms reach away to help you, The bathrooms are not very clean so they need a little bit a help in this department to have someone check up on them a little bit more better but other than that they’re very helpful now when it comes to the evening hour they seem to put out stock a little bit early I would say they’re at they start to bring the pallets on the floor and they block every aisle practically they’re everywhere there’s many many pallets everywhere blocking the main aisles you have to go up like a hoe I’ll down just to get around to another to get to the isle you really need to get down to it’s pretty messy it’s very on organized and very chaotic to have these palettes everywhere all over the store it’s doesn’t make it a very quick and efficient shopping to be a mess like that so I would definitely avoid the store in the evening hours because it turns into a big mess I would think they should start to do that after 10 or 11 o’clock but this is a store that’s that’s open 24 hours and being really close to the NIU campus they should not do that this find a better time to do this specially as busy as it gets in there about who am I to complain they’re never going to change it I’m sure of it.

Not a «full-size» walmart. a little run down and didn’t have have a whole lot in stock. It was winter and I forgot my son’s winter coat so I was a little peeved they weren’t any available. Good thing there was a sporting goods store nearby.

This walmart is the worst Wal Mart I have ever seen. The thing is, I actually worked here and just quit because of how rediculous it was. A manager who I’ll just say has a name that starts with a Y once said she wanted to choke me and always made crude comments. Even about customers sometimes. Most the employees are not trained and are clueless. Try your luck shopping at target if you want a decent shopping experience

This Walmart towed my car away while I shopped inside. They even made me pay for the towing fee. What the F*** business is this?

This is no superstore. It’s not even super. In fact it’s not even average. Save time and gasoline and try your luck at the Huntington store. You might find what you need there. This store seems to be poorly managed and is just a haven for pan handlers in the parking lot waiting for disappointed customers to come out.

It’s Wally World. This one is not a super center. They don’t have fresh produce, this Walmart has a ton of foot traffic. The customer service is lackadaisical at best, the folks seem to do enough to say they acknowledged your presence. This store seems dirty, although I think it is just deem lighting. I go to this spot because of convenience to my apartment. «Meh» is how I’ll sum this bad boy up!

Typical large Wal-Mart that is A-OK. Neatly organized, stocked well enough, pretty much just a normal Wally World.

I’d be perfectly fine with never shopping here again. Every day is as busy as Black Friday, and for such a small town with two walmarts that is unnacceptable.

Use to allow RV parking now due to anti RV law by the City of Flagstaff who made a law no overnight parking at Walmart RV’s are hated so we shouldn’t patronize any business in Flagstaff

Came in to pick up last minute needs for my daughter’s dorm. They had everything we needed & the staff was nice enough. I’m sure she’ll be in often for whatever she needs!

Needed phone chargers and my mom needed driving gloves. She swears they help with her arthritis. We were able to get those as well as a few other things. Does one ever leave this place with only what they needed? Outside this place looks nicer than on the Inside. Doesn’t look like this is one that has a grocery store, but they do sell liquor and have a Subway. Why don’t our grocery stores do this in Texas… sigh Also wish we had Subways in ours instead of McDonalds. It also seems to be a popular place for hunters via all the camo clad folk. Overall a decent Walmart compared to many I’ve been to.

A Walmart, like any other Walmart. No better, no worse. Visiting from out of town meant picking up basic stuff– toiletries, a couple of packaged pies for munching, and a few other basics. Everything laid out as nicely as needed. It’s a 24-hour store, which is great. And there was no line in the evening so sped on by and paying the usual low prices of Walmart.

I visited this Walmart once during my stay at the Motel 8 on Lucky Lane(Horrible) and I will never come to this Walmart or town again. The exterior looks nice but the inside is totally 180 degrees opposite. It’s dark, dirty, and small. Prices are relatively cheap but sections are badly organized. Worst thing is the encounter of the racist/prejudice register. After finding all the items we were looking for we headed to the checkout section. After letting another customer go before us we found a register that was open that was attended by a Caucasian female with black/brown hair. Well halfway to the register she turned of the register number light. We thought she was clocking out so we moved on to the next isle. Well as soon as we moved to the next isle she turned on the light and attended the next two Caucasian customers that came to her. Town is full or racist/prejudice people.

I only shop here because I live on low wage, um Flagstaff pay… You will see a menagerie of human species and freaks. Don’t be surprised if you hyper-ventilate and need to hurry out. Idiot, bug-eyed, morons at this store like to take up the entire aisle analyzing hand soap for hours on end. «Just buy one dipshit and get outta the way!» Before you go, secure your wallet(large vagrant campground in parking lot!), map out the store sections you need to purchase from and get the heck out! The sooner, the better. Oh, and don’t use the garden section to check out your crap, they usually have only one cashier who likes to chit chat and stare at the items you purchase. Good luck.

This Walmart is scary! But this definitely a place I would go if I was feeling sorry for myself to just see the strange and interesting characters who shop at this Flagstaff Walmart. I can only imagine that this particular store was fodder for many of the site! It’s still the best place in town her to pick up really cheap crap that you need.

I think that this place has a problem with professionalism in the work place. I have never had this problem before in any other wal-mart. More than a couple of times I hear the employees bad-mouthing each other. It is so unprofessional and very dismissive towards the customers. Here is my experience at the slow check out«Yeah, there was no way she is going to get away from it before. She may have before but she — did you find everything you were looking for sir? — but she blah blah blah…» Not a good experience and it happens often.
