I visited this store on a Sunday afternoon looking for a new set of headphones As soon as I walked in all I could hear was loud music playing in the store. It’s my assumption that there was no manager working and the employees decided to do whatever they want. One employe approached me and offered assistance but I couldn’t hear a word that he was saying because of the loud music. Needless to say I left the store without making a purchase because the music was very distracting and gave me a huge headache. I visited this same store a few weeks ago looking to purchase a new case for my iPhone and found one that I really liked that was also reasonably priced. When I got up to the checkout however it rang up at a higher price, when the employee went to check out the tag he noticed that it was a sale prove from the previous week that was not valid anymore. I requested to get it at the sale price since that is how it was advertised and the employee who was helping me made it seen like it was a huge inconvenience for him. He did however get his manager to override it to the advertised price but in the end neither the employee or manager seemed very happy to be doing it. I have had enough bad experiences with this store to know better than to shop here again.
