I ordered this food, they said it would take 30 – 35 minutes. I was fine with that, but when they called 40 minutes later and said we need to replace the order and need your credit card info again, I refused they also said it would be another 30 minutes from when we hang up. I communicated this was unacceptable and did not want to be charged for getting the food 1 hour and 10 minutes over 40 minutes late.
They put me on hold another 5 min and I was about to hang up when they came back and said it would be no charge.
Overall I am very dissatisfied with service.

So delivery over the phone is $ 3.50 but online they claim its free but a Shoprunner account is $ 80/​year. So its not really free, completely misleading.

Ordered two large pizzas. Meatza and the American Feast.
Delivered within 30 minutes.
Pizzas tasted fantastic that evening. Tasted almost as good as leftovers the next day.
Was happy with their employee’s service over the phone, their delivery service, and their pizzas. For the price we paid, this was a 4 star experience. Would order from this Domino’s branch again during our next stay in Flagstaff, Arizona.

My wife burned our New Year’s Day evening meal. Dominoes to the rescue
The pizza was delivered hot and was very tasty. We used a coupon and got a good deal. And it was delivered in a timely fashion. The delivery person was very nice. I am new to flagstaff and will definitely order from this dominoes again
