AEC Reprographics

I have had MULTIPLE print jobs done by AEC, and I have experienced fabulous customer service AND turn around times!

My experience was not so good. Took 2 weeks to get a quote, then after sending files and confirming they were good with the owner the communication stopped. After a week I emailed to confirm we were on time, however they said they never got the files. And of course didn’t bother to follow up. The blame was placed on me, but they did honor the price and the turn around time. I got my order on time and for the right price, but I could have done a better job at home printing. And you can tell she was pissed at me, because the job shows. So much more I could type on my experience, lack of professionalism, lack of accountability, lack of respect and bad printing. I will NEVER use them again and will never recommend them to anyone. Unless you want a headache, stay clear.
