I started going to this office for my pregnancy and never had the chance to meet all the doctors but I do like Dr. Turk and I was lucky that the night I went into labor he was on call. But either way my review is going to be mostly of the office staff as I’ve really had a less than desirable experience with this. The women at the front desk area are very very unfriendly. They do not smile, they do not say hello, goodbye, thank you. When I need to fill out paperwork they slam the documents on the counter and slam the clear door closed. I do not feel welcome. They slam the clear door right in my face every time. They do not care if I had something to say. It happen each time I was there and I witnessed it being done to other people in the waiting room. I don’t know where to start regarding the nurses in the office. 9 out of 10 of them are completely rude and disrespectful. I’ve personally heard them discussing other patients in the office and once heard them discussing my husbands level of attractiveness. When I caught them one nurse played it off like it was a joke. A month or so ago I called in to ask about thrush as it was a possibility that my baby had got it. The nurse Andrea said that I would need diflucan. I said«are there any other options as this is a mild case and may not even have it» she snapped at me «WHY?! Well this is what we prescribe» I said even as a first approach? She wouldn’t even let me have another option. She continued to be rude and I really didn’t like it. And that was not the only time Andrea has been rude. Every Time I went in there I was nothing but friendly and non-confrontational so I don’t deserve to be treated with such disrespect. As of right now I’ve continued going to this office for Dr. Turk but I really don’t think it’s worth it with the way I’m treated and I’m seriously considering switching doctors. I’m sorry but this place gets one star for Dr. Turk — I’d give him 5 but the office he works in really takes away from his talent.

The receptionist is rude. They ignore you and roll their eyes at you and are not discrete at all. they don’t say«hi» «thank you» or even«please» when told to wait or ask for a copay. when you call on the phone they demand you give reasons with full detail as to why you need to come in. I believe it’s none of their business let alone its against the law. I really think they need a lesson on HIPPA The nurses are rude as well. They never smile and they talk behind your back. I know this because I was in the bathroom and over heard them talking about me and why I was here. I sat in the room waiting for about 20 minutes just to get seen. I came in early because last time I was there I ran about 5 minutes late and they told me the doctor couldn’t see me because they had other patients who came on time. Now I don’t think its fair to check me in 15 minutes early, take my copay, call me in then make me wait a little over 20 minutes for the doctor. at the end of my exam I went to check out and the women with long hair and glasses was very nice. I even told her she was the nicest person here besides the doctor. Don’t get me wrong Dr. kasello is extremely nice but she makes you wait. I don’t know if its because no one tells her I’m there or she’s busy.
