I have been to this location multiple times and I have gotten the same woman every single time except this last time. I wish I had asked their names because the work they do is very different. The woman who is usually there does an excellent job. I am always pleased when I leave. However this last time there was someone different I noticed she left a few hairs that were sticking straight out after how she threaded them. It looks, well, not great. :(I will absolutely return but will see who is working that day before I have work done. And next time I will ask for their names.

Typically come here at least once a month and have been happy with my brows until today I went in and there were two ladies I had never seen before, the younger one of the two took me to the chair and threaded my eyebrows when she was done she held the mirror quite far from my face so I thought they looked fine. When I got in my car my eyebrows looked worse than when I went it. Needless to say I am very upset and will not be returning

I hate my eyebrows !!! Horrible is the word. Owner should know, there is a term called customer service. OMG she was so arrogant !! When I tried explaining her how I want them to be she replied in a very rude tone that she knows her job and went ahead and ruined my eyebrows.
