I wish there was a 0 STAR option! PLEASE Don’t go here if you have a group! It is tiny! They are supposed to give an hour but we only got 30 minutes. There was not enough masseuses to accommodate us. They didn’t have enough clean robes. Also, we were supposed to have a wine and strawberry relaxation spot but when we stepped out of the rooms it was filled with another party waiting! There was no spot to wait for people coming in except a bench for 2 people. We were rushed out after our 30 min massages. The manager was not accommodating and was outright rude! I tried to reach out and left several messages, but no response! They don’t massage your feet… I can go on and on!!! We only had 8 people. Go to FOOT FINESSE!

First massage was on sale $ 49 for an hour. We were told if we come back within a week it would only be $ 39. I asked at the first visit if they accepted spa finder gift cards and was told they do. We went back 6 days later and when I presented the spa finder gift cards they wanted to raise the sale price they originally quoted by 20% in order to take the gift cards. Of course, we said no thanks… paid the regular sale price and will never come back. We were very disappointed that they did not fully honor our gift cards and felt that was very unprofessional and poor business practice.

Amazing massage! Don’t let Molly fool you, she is young, petite but MIGHTY. I am from out of state and found a great deal on Groupon. I had a 60 minute deep tissue and it was glorious. She didn’t miss a spot. There was no discomfort and she was just wonderful, found knots even on my feet!
I would highly recommend. If I had the money I would fly from California to Indy monthly just for her. No joke… Go see Molly.

I suffer from a lot of neck and back problems due to being a student, hunching over the desk to get all that studying done takes a toll eventually. My regular masseuse that I’ve been seeing for so long moved out of the area, and isn’t as available as she used to be, so when I had another flare up thanks to the GRE, I got a Swedish Full Body Massage booked at Massage INDY. (Same day even!)
I was a little hesitant at first because the front of the store looks kind of shoddy, but inside the atmosphere is completely chic and relaxing. I was promptly seen and the massage was absolutely fantastic (I had Jacklyn if curious). My problem spot in my upper shoulder near the blade causes even my regular masseuse issues, but Jacklyn was able to soothe out my muscles with a gentle touch, not even leaving me sore after.
My only really issue with the place was that in the room I was in I could still hear the receptionist answering the phone as well as the phone ringing. The walls are a little thin I guess! Not to the point that I couldn’t fall asleep again zzzzzz!
I will definitely check this place out again when I have further flare ups.

Very nice quiet. Starla was my deep tissue and she was fantastic! I apologize to the gentleman that I had for the Swedish I can remember his name. Both dd a fantastic job and I would defiantly use them again or should I will use them again. If I had to say one thing they took me back ten mins passed my massage time and early with the finish time so they need to make sure they watch the clock a little closer. Other than that felt like a new woman after. I would like to say thank you to David he was the second specialist that did the Swedish was glad to find his name. I would give an a+ to both of them.

I had my first ever massage today. Before booking somewhere to go, I looked for reviews and found that Massage Indy had fairly positive feedback compared to others. So I thought, why not. I am so happy that I did.
Josh was my masseur. I had requested a male masseur because I have really bad back problems and assumed a male would be able to do a firmer massage. Before we even started, he made sure to ask what areas to focus on. My back feels more relaxed now that I ever felt leaving the chiropractor.
Like I said, this was my first massage so I don’t have anything to compare it to. But for a first, it was great. I’ll definitely be back.

Massage INDY has always been the most convenient to book online without any hassle. Last week, I visited Linna on the suggestion of my wife. Typically I fail to get a real deep tissue massage when requested. Linna does not disappoint. She is very thorough and attentive. Linna had no problem diagnosing problem areas and relieving any associated stress or discomfort. I highly recommend Linna.

My husband surprised me with a massage for Valentine’s Day today and said he chose Massage Indy based off of the positive reviews. I had the best deep tissue massage to date. Jacklyn did a fantastic job. I would definitely go back and ask for her specifically next time. Very clean and nice setup. Highly recommended!

Great customer service! I was able to get worked in on the SAME day! The staff is accommodating and the facility is clean and relaxing. And, this is not another one of those foot spa type places… just in case you were wondering. This is the real deal as far as massage goes with a warm, soft massage table, crisp clean sheets and a fuzzy blanket, aromatherapy, lotion, deep tissue and/​or swedish massage, etc. Gather up the Groupons while you can! I’m going to stock up if they offer more!

I purchased a groupon for Massage Indy along with my friends, hoping to have a relaxing spa day with the girls. Little did I know, I was in for the worst, most awkward massage in my life. I walked in and Sean was sitting behind the front desk, not another soul in site. He greeted me and made mention that my friends had already gone back and then took me back to my room. I assumed someone else would be massaging me, as it appeared Sean was working the front desk. When we got into the room, he gave me the whole «what are you problem areas?» spiel, to which I replied, my neck and my back because I sit at a computer all day. He asked me where I worked, and when I told him, he stayed in the room to talk to me about my place of employment for about 5 minutes. He left and I got ready for the massage. A few minutes later, Sean came back to the room, in his Fever t-​shirt, cargo shorts and flip flops to give me my massage. It started out ok, but progressively got weirder as the massage went on. For starters, he’s a heavy breather, which is kind of creepy when you are getting a massage. While I was on my stomach, he decided to massage the front of my legs, reaching underneath me and getting quite close to parts he shouldn’t be getting close to. While massaging my back, there were quite a few brushes with my private parts up top. At the point he asked me to roll over, he held up the sheet and said turn towards me, and while turning, I noticed he was not looking away, like massage therapists normally do. So now I am on my back, and as he is massaging my legs (front side) again, he sits on the table with me, has me put my foot on the table and starts stretching my legs. When that gets done, he comes back to the head of the table and tells me to sit up straight. Please keep in mind I am only wearing my underpants at this time, as I wasn’t expecting to be doing stretches during a massage. As I’m sitting up, holding on to the sheet and blanket for dear life, he tells me to touch my toes. Twice. After I’ve done that and I’m laying down, he whispers creepily in my ear, «Good job». Once the massage was over, I got dressed and got out of there, and I will NOT be returning. One of my friends had an odd story (not as bad as the one I just told you) to tell us as well and the other had a great massage. I would not recommend this place to anyone! If you do decide to go here, do not, I repeat, DO NOT let Sean massage you.

Best deep tissue ever. Thanks Jill. I will be back regularly for sure. The prices are the best in town. The staff is experienced and the environment is relaxing. The return specials will have me back in the next week which is exactly what I need to fix some issues. Jill found and focused on my problem areas. Finally, I will sleep tonight.

Great experience when getting a couples massage through groupon! I spoke with the owner over phone early on Wednesday and had an appointment set up for Sunday the same week! They accommodated us coming during our convenience on Sunday when normally they are not open. Great massage with friendly therapists Judy and Rebecca. We both left feeling very satisfied and relaxed. Just what we were hoping it to be. Great service and next time would let the therapists more specifically know problem areas bc they would have adapted for us. We recommend it!
