Madame Royale

I am now 39 weeks and 2 days pregnant… but at 37 weeks I got a pedicure from Trish at Madame Royale on 96^th Street in Fishers and it was AWESOME. I was a little skeptical because their pedicures are $ 5 more than other places, but it was worth it. She took her time and was really thorough, didn’t rush me at all, and they had really nice tubs/​massage chairs, and everything was very clean. AND they called me a few days later to follow up… I was SHOCKED. Loved the experience and plan to go back this week before my new little baby boy arrives!!!

Went for an eyebrow waxing. I have fairly thick and well-​shaped eyebrows, I just get them waxed every few months to clean them up and get the stray hairs. I told the woman I didn’t want them thinner, just cleaned up and to keep the shape. Well at the end. One eyebrow was way longer than the other and one had a more pointed shape while the long one was a rounded shape. They look so terrible and uneven. The women at work immediately noticed the bad job (I did this on my lunch break) and we all had a good laugh because it looks like I’m really curious about something with a raised eyebrow all day now. Not to mention all the wax I found stuck ALL OVER my head and hair. Pulling out chunks of it– with my hair. Her personality was whiney and stuck up to cap things off. I wanted to scream when I saw my eyebrows but by NO MEANS did I want her touching them any more.
To sum it up: she took away the nice shape I naturally had (at least on one side) and made them to thin. Terrible job.
