Wow, talk about poor customer service.
Came here last weekend with my wife to get my glasses. As we walked in, we saw a sign in book, so we checked in, and waited… and waited… and waited. After about 15 minutes, I walked up to a lady, who didn’t look busy, and asked her if I could get some help. She apologized for not helping me earlier, stating she thought I was with «other» people. Did you bother to check the book lady? Yeah, me thinks not.
Skip forward to picking out my glasses. As she tried to explain to me what my options were, she was very rude, and not very helpful. She seemed irritated that I was asking so many questions. Eventually I selected a pair because I just didn’t want to talk to her anymore.
When I picked up my glasses, they didn’t fit them correctly. My wife said the optometrist here is pretty nice, but other than that, I would say avoid this place. Their customer service is worse than poor.
