Family Care Chiropractic

Dr Harper has been my chiropractor for 20 years. There are so many chiropractors to choose from, but I have chosen her due to her wonderful care, thoughtfulness and professionalism. She has saved me from two surgeries with chiropractic care. She is bright, cheery and knows how to make a person feel better on a bad day. Her staff is the best. They always make me feel welcome and attend to my needs. If you are in need of chiropractic care, you should make an appointment with her. You will not be disappointed!

This is my first and will likely be my only Unilocal review.
I lived down the street from this place 4 – 5 years ago and used to regularly go in. I was irked that they used to spam call me every few weeks/​months to say: «Hey it’s been a while since you came in, just wanted to see if you wanted to come in for a visit!» but I forgave them for that because of convenience and because I recall genuinely liking the staff. I guess I was mostly upset because I routinely traveled to the west coast and they’d call me before the break of dawn– maybe I didn’t have «do not disturb» mode with that archaic ~2011 technology.
I would also routinely leave a small balance with them and pay it in the future. They knew my situation, I left town all the time for my profession.
I came back after being gone 6 – 8 weeks for the summer and was pulled into the back room for them to tell me that they had sent me (client of probably 2 years) to collections over $ 75 or something meaningless. Instead of killing the receptionist, I just stared at her in disbelief and told her I’d never be back in. I am remembering this now because as I’m trying to buy a house my lender is telling me that this is the only ding on my credit, ever.
All they had to do was call me, one time, to tell me I owed them money.
I have run enough small businesses to know the absurdity of this situation is worth 1 star.
