Had a similar experience to B.T., except with a lady «showing» us granite. We walked in to this huge store but were told we had to wait for a sales person. Waited close to 10 minutes, so started to wander and browse, which seemed to upset her once she found us.
We had photos of our current granite, said we wanted the inverse of it. She looked at me blankly and said ‘here’s all the granite, you can look around, I’ll come back in a bit.’ Then she said some of the granite is exotic, more expensive. I asked which ones, she said ‘you can basically tell which ones are exotic,’ and left. She never came back either.
We helped ourselves to a couple of samples after looking at the granite slabs alone with zero information from her other than where they were. We found some we liked, then had to wait for her at the front desk AGAIN before we could leave. Although we found one we want to buy, we won’t be buying from them due to our experience.

Unimpressed with the customer service. This bald guy presented himself as if he was doing us a favor by show us around the show room. Didn’t appear to know much about the carpets composition. Kept asking us how much money we had to spend. Asked 3x’s. Felt like we were at a used car lot. His only description of the carpet is low pile last longer.
