I own my own home and several rental properties in Indianapolis and Anderson. Throughout the last year, I’ve used Bugs B Gone both professionally and personally. The customer services is great. They always respond quickly, which is important to me as a landlord. They have gotten rid of mice, ants, spiders, bed bugs and fleas. The staff explains the process and gives tips on how to make sure these creatures don’t return. There has never been a time when a tenant has complained about the service and I have always had great results in my own home. Hey Unilocalers, our house, more like just my bedroom, had bed bugs and after millions of supposed great fixes, we had to call the exterminator. Bugs-​B-​Gone was recommended to us by a family member of one of my housemates. They also do industrial sized spaces and thus the referral.
They’re getting a 4 (the bugs have been eradicated) but I’m just not positive it was entirely their doing. I DO believe however that their ‘poisons’ (which are totally safe for everyone and anything after 2 hours past the treatment) had an influence because since we got rid of the bed frame (which was graciously housing all the crits) any bug I’ve found since then has been very minuscule. which is exactly what their drugs are there to do! Stop the growth of the bugs that have already hatched as well as not allow the larvae to hatch.
I mean I’m as grossed out as anyone about these crits but I just wanted to give these guys a good score because I’m sure they had something to do with me not itching my skin off everyday.
Overall: they do 3 4-​hour (depending on the size of the space infested) treatments (2 hours of application and 2 hours of the ‘poison’ settling) roughly 2 weeks apart each time.
