Fisher Stephen W Atty

Stephen Fisher is one of those attorneys that give attorneys a bad name. He’s not there to help you, he’s there for the money. I’ve tried to get ahold of him multiple to finalized my parenting plan and I had a few questions before I did and that never happen. He finally calls me 3 WEEKS LATER to talk but after about 3 minutes I can tell he’s rushing to get off the phone when I’m clearly still talking. He also wanted $ 1000 up front for the parenting plan. I asked for a payment plan and he want willing to do it even though I told him I have a house a car and two kids to pay for, I dont have a grand to give you up front. No heart and bad attitude. Im taking my partly finished paperwork elsewhere. Thanks Stephen.

Placed two calls to this attorney today and was told he was on the phone both times. I can respect that, however, it’s now been over six hours with no call back to schedule a conversation.
Mr. Fisher was very hot headed the first conversation I had with him and had an unattractive attitude. Granted he was hired by my soon to be ex-​wife, I don’t believe an attitude was necessary. His excuse was that he was tired and ready to go on vacation.
Do yourself a favor and research this guy before even calling him.
