Food is spectacular especially the Sinatra chicken. Went on a Wednesday night, and the place was empty unfortunately for their business. I’m thinking construction outside on the road has something to do with it, but it did not effect my dinner at all. The only thing you can hear is the impressive jazz and oldies soundtrack they have.

It’s so pretty and Briana is awesome! The nachos were tasty and our waitress Briana was very accommodating to our dietary needs. =]

We had a Senior Luncheon for my students here… Our experience was amazing! My students were thrilled, the teachers were super impressed and the food was delicious! The restaurant staff was super attentive and treated my students like superstars. I will be holding another event here soon and I will definitely go back for dinner!

I really hope this place works out. We ate here before a show and really enjoyed the food and the service was great. Maybe we were here after they fired their first round of servers? We had a man and woman who were clearly some level of management check in and our waitress was very nice. They didn’t have their liquor license yet when we were there which is a huge bummer but I know how insane some of the lifers can be in Fishtown making noise about that. I hope they get all that construction going on out front cleaned up so they can get a little more visibility.

We went there last night and the place is beautiful but empty! All the construction surrounding it must be why because the food was really good. I’m only giving 3 stars because the food was not temperature hot, it was warn from soup to entrees. Hopefully, this place makes it because I would love to give it another try.

Went here for dinner with my husband. We live in the area and wanted to try it out. I’m sorry to say it was the worst meal I’ve ever had, quite literally. The hostess was nice enough but our waitress was inattentive and I felt the overall service was bad. I wouldn’t even have minded so much but the place was pretty empty so I would have thought we would have gotten top notch service. We did not get any bread to start nor asked for our drink order. I did notice later a table who had a different server bring them out a freshly baked loaf of bread so I was annoyed that we didn’t get the same offering. The appetizer and my husbands dish was decent enough(standard) but my dish was not what I expected. It was watery and tasteless. It came out more like a soup than what risotto is suppose to be. Also, I noted that all of our meals came out lukewarm and not hot as I would preferred. I literally did not touch my entrée. Our waitress did not refill our waters(we waited a good while) and eventually we kindly asked another person walking by for it. Nor did she stop and ask how everything was at any point. We did get asked by another lady clearing our plates how everything was. I told her it was ok because I’m not one to complain. Clearly though, I didn’t touch my meal so I wished someone would have noticed and helped correct the bad experience. There didn’t seem to be a floor manager around to make sure the patrons are happy. Oh well, overall a bust! Unfortunately, will not return and would not recommend.

The dining room was empty yet multiple entrees came out 30 minutes late and not all entrees were hot on arrival. Overall mediocre quality and poorly run kitchen.

Kinks need to be worked out here. Execution of food needs most work. Calamari was entirely too salty and almost inedible. They used fig paste on the prosciutto and fig flatbread. That alone is a sin. Use real figs please! Flatbreads were soft and limp; not crispy. I would have given 1 star except the service was good. Our server was nice.

Food and service were great. Had the Sinatra chicken and my friend had the chicken parm. Both were very flavorful and seasoned great. The free bread before the meal was delicious as well. They are a BYO temporarily until they get their liquor license. The manager said eventually there will be a patio outside once the construction project next door is finished.

This place is great! I’m not usually big of chains, but the service and food are great. I’ve been there twice in 2 weeks and both times, everyone was pleased with their meal from start to finish. The servers were pleasant and knowledgeable. Portions are big and the food is tasty. There wasn’t a lot of business either time I was there, which is unfortunate. I think that the local construction make this place difficult to see. I hope business picks up because Travinia is a great addition to the neighborhood.

Went here the week that they opened. Can’t even tell that this restaurant is here because there was barely any signage. I give this review 3 stars only because of the food. Our waiter, can’t remember his name, was terrible. It’s a wine bar and he didn’t even know how to open a bottle of wine… come on man, really? He failed to tell us any of the specials as well. Besides the poor service, the food was delicious. I had the steak medallions with the potatoes. I was also able to try the chicken Parmesan and pine nut crusted salmon which were both also very good.
