Although I wasnt a huge fan of their pizza, they have the heals steak sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Made just the way i like it, and very friendly, hard worki mg staff.

Simply the best Pizza anywhere. I have been going here for decades and live nearby. Everyone I have introduced to it has loved it as well. I have tried all of the Pizza places in the Powelton area and this is the best. It is more of a take out place than a sit down. I like their Greek salad and Steaks and hogies are good too. If pizza had no calories I would eat their food every night.

My boyfriend and I always order from Ted’s. The lady is very nice. I recommend the cheeseburger deluxe platter for lunch special. The fries were good. I have ordered this for more than 3 times. So get it. Its cheap and you will feel full. Also the cheese and bacon fries are good. The chicken ceasar wrap comes with fries and the portions are quite large. If there is any issue with placing an order, the owners are very good at getting it correct and calling you themselves. Very good service.

Ordered breakfast from here on grub hub with specifics on what I wanted. Every item I ordered lacked flavor. I mean not even a dash of salt was added and that’s insane! My guy loved their mondo sized pancakes though, that’s what got them the extra star. Thoroughly disappointed, seriously how can you mess up a simple spinach egg white omelet? Ahhhh

The pizza was surprisingly good. Why the 2-stars you ask? The woman inside(I assume the owner) was EXTREMELY rude. As I was observing the prep area, she angrily asked«what are you looking at?» Then she sneered at me! I was caught so far off guard I was rendered speechless. On my ride home I came up with come– backs such as; «I’m looking to see if your nasty a** washed your hands.» Or «Damn B, why you all in my grill?» Unfortunately, I’m not that swift under pressure. It took serious coaxing from my friend for me to try the slice. It’s a damn shame it was so good. Its a damn shame…

I knew my stuff was gonna be good as soon as I smelled it when it hit the grill. I asked them to put sweet AND hot peppers, tomato and grilled onions on my cheese steak hoagie, and it came out… great. You gotta appreciate the size of the hoagies and whatnot in Philly… long as my forearm.

Teds will always hold a place in my heart. the pizza good, the conterlady is a sweet heart and the owners are rather nutty. it’s not the best pizza your ever gonna have but it;s far from the worst. it’s always quick and they have good chicken fingers and cheese grinders, they aren’t open on sundays but thats dealible

Meh. Having not opted to join Campusfood, I thought maybe Ted’s maybe had something special that they didn’t want to share with the alcoholic college crowd. Afraid not. Ted’s style of pizza is similar to most others in the area(made of generic pre-made crust and toppings with mediocre indredients) though it is a notch above many of the other popular places like College and California. If that’s your thing, give it a try. I’ll likely not be back.
