T Mobile

The customer service at this location is appalling. The staff does not seem to understand the products and services offered by T Mobile. The information they provided us was inconsistent from what we were told at other store locations and by T Mobile representatives over the phone. Further, they were very unprofessional, to the point of being rude. We spent two weeks trying to unlock our phones after staff at this location told us they would be unlocked in 24 hours. After visiting the Apple Store, other T Mobile locations and calling customer service, we were told we needed to go back to the store. When we went back to the store, the staff took no responsibility or initiative to resolve the situation. They even yelled at us for canceling our plan, even though the reason we cancelled was because they told us they would port our numbers, and they could not. I left the store more frustrated than I have even been after dealing with any customer service representative. I would recommend going to another store location and considering Verizon since the plans are comparable.

Not sure why I was here… but I like that there were two comfy chairs and a table for customers to sit and wait. Nice clean store, friendly service.

Since this is T-​Mobile, and since their pricing and selection is set by T-​Mobile corporate, this review applies to their staff ONLY.
They’re really helpful, as well as knowledgeable, and they get you through the line pretty quickly. It really helps to know exactly what you want and need. If you come in with a bunch of vague questions about your plan, you’re more likely to get crappy service. (Just from what I’ve seen.) I’ve never had an issue here and all my interactions with their employees have been really positive. The salesguy I spoke to yesterday took the time to go through all the phones in my price range, listed off the features of each and gave me a pretty candid opinion of each phone (which I always appreciate).
They are a lot better than the T-​Mobile stores I’ve gone to in the ‘burbs and are way more prepared to answer all of your questions. A+
