I am only speaking about the drop off services so I cannot speak about doing laundry in the facility. I have never had any problems. The staff has always been very nice and follow my washing requests without an issue(wash in cold but no drying, using my own laundry soap etc.) The prices are reasonable compared to one of the other drop off services that I was using. It was cheaper for the staff to do the wash for me(time and money.)

$ 5 for a small wash. $ 0.30 for a few minutes dry. But it’s open long hours and isn’t too scary, so there’s that. I may be a little biased because I haven’t had to use a laundromat in years.

Expensive! $ 4.50 for double load! I went to Kin’s and it was $ 2.50. Have to get a laundry card too, machines don’t take quarters. Just isn’t convenient for me. More machines and longer hours(not 24 hours, I believe it’s mostly 6a-1a) but not for me. There’s a parking lot, which is nice, but for the whole plaza it’s about 8 spaces. The plus is that there’s wifi and plasma TVs but that’s not enough for me to pay those prices. It’s a decent laundromat for the area; clean and a lot of machines, but I won’t be using again.

Whenever I go to the laundromat, I tell people I’m on my way to Hell on Earth. I’ve come to the conclusion, though, that it’s not so much the laundromat itself, but the drudgery that is gathering my laundry, lugging it out of my apartment, lugging it to the laundromat, recharging my laundry card, and just doing such a personal chore outside of home. And then lugging all the crap BACK to my place. Whew! I got sleepy just writing that! But, really it’s just something that«comes with the territory» when you live in an apartment in the city, to be honest. That said, being at the laundromat itself — and this particular one — is really not that terrible at all. It’s open 24⁄7 and has many machines of all sizes to choose from, based on whatever your needs are. You can also buy detergent, dryer sheets, softener, laundry bags, if you forget/run out of anything, and the staff on duty are generally very helpful. What’s more, they have change machines and laundry card machines, and they are almost NEVER out of order. The things that require improvement though? It seems that every few washing/drying machines are out of order. Which is not good when two out of six extra large dryers are always on the fritz. They should have more of those. Also, there should be some instruction on their newer dryers. They’re energy efficient, but they almost never seem to completely dry my clothes, so I tend to avoid using them. Additionally, a lot of people bring small children, which I understand — it’s not easy to get a sitter all the time, but the staff needs to start telling these parents to control their kids and to bring something to occupy them. Too often, I have tripped a child or been tripped because these poor kids having nothing to do but literally run around the place because they’re bored and their adults aren’t paying attention. Overall, though, it’s not awful — no frills, gets the job done.

This is a decent laundromat for the mass. It’s very busy on weekends especially, but I have never waited for a machine. You will need to purchase a laundry card to use the machine and that feed the money thereafter. The machine for adding extra cash doesn’t always work well. So make sure that you don’t lose your money. You are expected to see many with young children. Some machines will have detergent or fabric softner left, so make sure you watch this out. Other than that, it’s clean.
