It’s starbucks so the two star review is not for products — but for the 15 — 30 minutes if takes to get a coffee every single time!

Every time I order a frappucino in this location, I always get a snobby look and an «ugh». I mean, if you don’t want to make it, why have it in your menu. The rudest baristas ever and not to mention slow service!

I really like this Starbucks and Its employees. They were really helpful being as though I did not know what I wanted to order.

Went for a Venti javachip on my lunch break, around 12:45pm on a Monday. There was a long line, slow service and they got my order wrong. Boo!

A little slower than most, not sure if it’s because of the location or being understaffed or something else. For such a high-traffic area you think they’d be a little quicker, I hope it picks up soon! At least 4 people working at all times would be ideal!

Worst starbucks in the city… maybe the world. Insanely long waits, no air conditioning. No bathroom(you have to go to the bar across the hall)

I came here on the suggestion of a friend to do some reading and writing on a Sunday afternoon. Well, it’s Starbucks so there’s not much to say about the drinks that you don’t already know. I ordered a tea and it took them five minutes to find the tea bags. The space itself is kind of disappointing. A benefit is the large hotel lobby space, but both the store itself and the lobby were dim and depressing. It was a nice sunny day so I was hoping for more natural light. One good thing was the abundant seating — I like that this location isn’t very crowded compared with most coffee shops in center city. So when I want to just sit for a while in a coffee shop on a day when many people might be having the same idea, I’ll probably head over here again if I’m not feeling too picky about ambience.

Made it the way I like. Not the cleanest place I’ve ever scene. Also the lady next to me spilled her hot drink all over my one leg boo.

It’s the closest Starbuck’s to my office, so I keep going back. They don’t have the quickest service at this location. The staff is either very friendly or just kind of bla.

I’m sorry, but it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to make a latte, considering there was about a 30 second wait at the counter to order. The coordination between the order takers and the barista(if you can still call someone who just pushes a button to make espresso that name) is seriously lacking here. At the time, I was one of two people whose drinks were totally overlooked while others who came in later received theirs. Avoid this location, it should be easy to do as there are about a dozen or so Starbucks in the vicinity. In particular, the Callowhill store has been doing an excellent job since the day they opened.

In my book, this is one of the best Starbucks in Center City. The coffee is always good and the staff is friendly. It is always clean at this location as well. Can’t say that for several other Starbucks locations in the city.

It’s the Starbucks you know and love, or know and hate. It’s perfectly cromulent, to quote Bart Simpson.

Lame to review Starbuck-es? possibly, but here’s my case for why this is the best among the starbucks in the city: 1. These folks learned my name after about a month of going there. No other coffee shop that I’ve frequented(and in most cases for much longer periods of time) bothered. it’s a small, possibly inconsequential thing, but I liked it. Also, it’s impressive, given the volume they get. 2. This shop more efficient. I’m in and out at peak hours much faster than other starbucks or competitor coffee shops. They’ve got a good system going, others should copy it. 3. In the rare instances I hang around, this starbucks has the added benefit of seating in the store and seating in the lobby of the building of which it is a tenant. I realize that to coffee snobs the accolade of «Best Starbucks» might be like«tallest kindergartener»,(and for the more extreme anti-corporate crowd the equivalent of «nicest murderer») but my morning isn’t the same without a stop into this particular starbucks
