Note: this review is based entirely on their customer service. I didn’t receive a haircut. I made an appointment on Wednesday after I bought a groupon. No where on the groupon was there any restrictions about days they take groupon appointments. I made my appointment for Saturday. Then today on Thursday they call me and tell me they can’t take me because they don’t do groupoms on Saturday due to being short staffed. They should have had that in the terms, and maybe they should hire staff… This is so UNPROFESSIONAL. I leave for vacation on Sunday and they couldn’t reschedule me for Friday so now I’m left with a day to find a salon appointment. I normally like to give places a chance but I will not be going to Snip Styling. This is not how you gain new loyal customers.
