Smoothie King won my heart many years ago with their smooth, refreshing, and delicious Raspberry Sunrise. I have filled my share of yellow punch cards while emptying my wallet, but I have no regrets. Their smoothies are the perfect pick-me up, and I usually rack up the gift card specials to fund the expense during the year. This location has all the usually flavors, and they usually make it right. I’ve only had a few times when they had difficulty blending a large smoothie and had to add more and more water, which diluted the flavor. Overall, they are pretty consistent, and I’m always happy leaving Liberty Place with a delicious treat in hand. Enjoy!

Yumyumyum. Perfect spot to stop in center city at The Shops at Liberty when you’ve been shooping all day and realized that you havent eaten. I never want to deal with the massive amount of options of other places in the food court or all of the other people frequenting them, so Smoothie King is the best choice. Grabbed myself a cliff bar and a raspberry collider and was on my way. The girls that worked there were fast and sweet.

Ok, I LOVE Smoothie King. I want to be it’s Smoothie Queen, but I do have one big, big problem with it: the hours. Why smoothie king did you not open until 9:30 am this morning?! You miss the whole morning crowd who needs to be in to work by 9 am. I don’t understand! You’re open until 7pm… and lets be honest, who gets a smoothie for dinner? Please shift your hours and I think it’ll be good for you. I was very sad having to wait until 930 for your juicy goodness. My boss is also mad at you.

Vanilla lean one, add multivitamin, and sometimes I’ll add blueberry. Consistent, healthy, and delicious. The«lean one» is marketed as a meal replacement, and it is satisfying. Definitely, go for at least a medium. I’ve tried many different smoothies and Smoothie King has never let me down. Extremely knowledgable, and hardworking staff.

Healthy drink option. Even the small size is pricey. There are many different kind of flavors you can try.

Big fan of Smoothie King as a meal replacement option during lunch. They have lots of different smoothie options available including ones that are high in protein, low in fat, low in carbs. They have both dessert-type smoothies as well as frutiers ones. I’ve tried a lot of their low calorie option smoothies, and they keep me pretty full until the next meal. They also have protein bars and other healthy snacks at the counter. They always have the type of smoothie that I am looking for, and the smoothies are always delicious!

Green Tea smoothie tasted great but I didn’t feel so well afterwards. Menu prices seem a bit steep. Doesn’t make me want to go back any time soon.

Much better than any other chain. More options, healthier, delicious. Simple as that. Not a well known location… we had tons in Houston. Philly needs more good smoothie places.

Yeah, the smoothies here are on the expensive side. BUT! Here is why I like this Smoothie King: –very descriptive menu boards. They tell you everything that is going into that smoothie, whether you want to know or not. –flexibility: they are willing to modify drinks to what I like. This is especially awesome for someone who is lactose intolerant, such as myself, because I can get a delicious smoothie made without any dairy products. –relatively quick service. I mean, they have to made sure everything is blended, but I’m still in and out in a few minutes. So yes, it’s a little costly for a smoothie, but I get myself one once every few months as a treat, or if I’ve had an especially hard day. Everyone knows that smoothies make things better.

Came here on a whim while I was shopping at Liberty Place. The colorful menu is a bit overwhelming(so many different flavors!) but I eventually settled on MangoFest, which is a mango, pineapple and orange juice smoothie. The smoothie itself was really good(no ice bits, no fruit lumps, etc.), but pretty expensive. It was $ 5 for a small smoothie. Their cups are sized a bit larger than normal though, so a small was actually more like a medium. They’re pretty filling as well — I can definitely see how some people treat smoothies as meal replacements.

So, I wasn’t thrilled with the service during my last visit to Smoothie King, as you can probably tell from my last review. I just stopped in for Strawberry Kiwi Breeze and was wasn’t really expecting much of a change. Boy, was I wrong. Jen, the cashier, greeted me enthusiastically and gave me suggestions on flavors. I was curious about trying one of the«Add-Ins» and she patiently answered any questions I had and reassured that the«Multi-Vitamin» was my best bet based on what I was looking for. All in all it was a really pleasant experience… Yum, fun and informative? Love it… All hail the Smoothie King!

Freshest smoothies downtown. They use actual fruit! Island Impact is my favorite. The«small» is filling and an excellent on-the-go meal replacement. If they were cheaper(or at least offered a smaller option), I’d add that last star.

Like Sara C. said, you have to try the Green Tea Mango. I get it plain with no fruit. Perfectly sweet, perfectly flavored = I’m there…

I’m torn. While I enjoyed spending my lunch hour walking through stores with a giant 32oz. mango smoothie(a «medium» — equivalent to a large soda from Taco Bell) in my hand, I’m not sure it was worth $ 7. Sure, I could have gone with their big«small», but I’ve been thinking about smoothies all morning. It was delicious, but I’ve had better. I did select it off of the portion of the menu for those of us looking to trim down, so it lacked some of the more delicious ingredients that really make a smoothie into a meal. My only gripe is the price. I don’t know if a smoothie, even of this novelty size, is worth 7 bones. But it tastes good. So, three stars.

The smoothies here are perfectly decent. I appreciate their vast selection, readily available nutritional information and bevy of supplements. I still prefer my smoothies made with fresh ingredients(e.g. from the fruit salad cart a block away at 17th& Chestnut) but Smoothie King is a totally viable option.

I’m pretty stoked to have a Smoothie King in Philly. RARELY do I go to Liberty Place for the food — or chains that matter — save for the occasional meal at Café Spice. But Smoothie King’s overwhelming menu of smoothie combinations keeps me coming over here for a healthy lunch alternative. My favorite by far at the moment is the Green Tea Tango — kind of like a green tea ice cream smoothie with your choice of fruit, vanilla protein, matcha green tea, and if you prefer, honey instead of sugar. It’s delicious, and surprisingly, filling. There are also many more indulgent options on the menu — the chocolate peanut butter sounds awesome. Basically, any combination of fruits, flavors, and protein/soy/vitamin is at your disposal. I’m gonna be a reg, for sure.
