I was referred to Adam Sipe by my plumber for the remodeling of my kitchen. My plumber was putting in a heated floor for me and I needed a contractor for the tiling and to install the new cabinets, appliances, etc… I was, am, still pleased that Adam and his crew were my kitchen contractor. Adam and his team are ontime, professional, and thorough. They took the time to answer my questions, explain any procedure I inquired about, let me know what if anything additional I had to purchase. This crew had to begin with the bare walls and beams in the smaller kitchen (shed). They do quality work in timely fashion. They are courteous. They clean up the workspace on a daily basis. Sipe Construction did a FANTASTIC job on my kitchen you wouldn’t believe it’s the same space. EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP! And, they will return if there is any sort of problem, any type. Our dishwasher gave us a tough time staying in place. Adam was easy to reach and a crew member was out the next day. Turned out we needed a special installation piece, problem solved, gone!
Sipe Construction is so good I had them back to install new windows for me. I have and will continue to recommend them to any one in need of a GREAT contractor!

I was referred to Adam Sipe by a friend. I needed my condo painted prior to moving in and was on a time deadline. I initially contacted another contractor, but he canceled on me, which left me only three days to find someone else. I called Adam and shared my dilemma. Adam jumped at the chance to assist me. I thought this guy was too good to be true. Due to my time constraint, Adam requested pictures of my space and he immediately got me a proposal. Adam and his crew were early on the day of the job. I met Miguel and his co-​worker who performed the work. They were professional, clean and serious about making me happy. They completed the work in two days. I was more than excited about the finished product, but more importantly the work ethic and integrity of this contractor! Adam and his team are like no one else, so call them if you need a job completed!!!

I was referred to Sipe Construction by a friend and I couldn’t be happier. I was converting my current home to a rental property and had a long punch list of items I needed to get done quickly. Adam was very responsive and came out personally to meet with me and review all the repairs I wanted. I had the estimate by that weekend and his crew were at my house working that next week. They were always on time, courteous and professional. When a few repairs exposed additional items that need to be fixed Adam was very quick to call or text me and provide an estimate. He gave options for both short term (cheaper) and long term fixes. Most of the time the crew worked in my home while I was at work and they were very good about cleaning up and keeping the place tidy. Adam was always reachable via e-​mail, phone call or text message which was a breath of fresh air after dealing with many other contractors. I strongly recommend using them for all jobs from big to small. I live in the Graduate Hospital area of Philadelphia.

Adam and his crew do an excellent job in quality, responsiveness and professionalism. I had them paint my entire house and install tile. It was all done beautifully. They show up when they say they are going to show up, they follow through and they leave the house as neat as when they arrived. Superb! I will definitely use them for future projects.
