Our server was very easy on the eyes(His name was Max) so that helped. We were originally seated near the bar but the sour smell was so overwhelming we had to move our seat. The original server had the nerve to say«let me see if I can change your table», of course I was instantly irritated! Overall the food was decent but the drinks were watered down… Won’t be returning

It’s hard to give these folks less than 3 stars only because I’m wondering what I really should expect from a place in this fast food category. The hickory-smoked Bourbon chicken was low-calorie with spaghetti squash, and priced for a place that sits as the only restaurant near a major airport. It was burned pretty bad, but the wait to get it precluded me from sending it back. The salad bar was fresh, stocked and clean, despite its limited breadth. That was a nice bonus. The staff seems rather new and were pleasant and as efficient as can be given the fact they are understaffed. A better-quality nearby option would be a fresh sandwich and salad from the local WaWa.

Food: Average and typical for a family dine in chain, I ordered crab cakes and the salad bar combo and was satisfied. Service: Please hire hostesses that understand customer service. The restaurant was noisy and instead of coming from behind her station she insisted on yelling overtop other customers in line and repeatedly asking«WHAT??» …I mean c’mon. Actually there were two ladies at the front and a gentleman, he was very helpful. Our waitress was nice, and it was crowded but she managed to get our food out on time and was pleasant. Cleanliness: Uggh… what is going on with the smell in the bathroom? Can someone monitor the salad bar station so that it doesn’t look like a massacre happened at it. I probably won’t be going back.

Not sure why this place only has 2.5 stars. I really liked it. I ordered online, by the time I arrived, maybe a couple minutes after the time I said when I submitted the order, the food was ready to go, and it’s not cold even after I paid and walked back to the Courtyard. The food portion was very generous, I couldn’t imagine any other Ruby Tuesday would give me more. I ordered medium rare sirloin, it was appropriately done, and taste really good, it didn’t have overwhelming sauce or spices to it, which was really good. I got sides of spaghetti squash and grilled zucchini, there was a lot of them and both of them were well done and delicious. For a restaurant that’s in such a close proximity to many hotels and the airport, it’s a good lunch/dinner option.

Our server was very attentive and pleasant, but the shrimp appetizer was raw and cold. Burger was nothing special. I wouldn’t eat here again.

I’m not one to get too bothered by a restaurant but this experience just wasn’t good. It started off with walking in, to what looked like 2 – 3 hostesses and a server, may have been 2 and 2. Why 4 people were congregating there, I don’t know(yes I know this is being nit picky but nothing went right this entire dining experience) one made eye contact with us right away, seemed to have a slight attitude in her look and the silence started. That awkward silence where apparently it was difficult to do your job and greet us. Finally another girl standing there greets us, stumbled over her words and then both girls start laughing and giggling like they were in middle school talking about boys. Stumbling over your words is fine, but this isn’t a middle school sleep over. We get seated. Server takes forever to greet us, however he was very pleasant and did recognize the fact that we had been there for awhile. Gets the drinks and takes our food order. I haven’t been to a ruby Tuesday’s in years but the salad bar seems a lot smaller and lacking. I sat at the table for several minutes with out silverware. We also ordered an app, that never gets put in and our main meal gets delivered while I’m in the bathroom that smells like a piss saturated subway station. My boyfriend ordered the bacon cheese burger. Server, very apologetically tells my boyfriend that our app was missed and if we want to cancel it. My boyfriend asked to wait a second till I returned to the table. I Come back and begin to eat, We were half way done eating our meal before the server returned to see if we will still wanted the app… Really pointless now so we cancelled it. My boyfriends burger was also well done, not medium but at this point in the evening that is a minor problem. More disappointing was the non existence of bacon on the bacon cheese burger. Oddly enough, I think we were only charged for a regular cheese burger so we didn’t bother saying anything.($ 10 something) Just disappointing. Any of these concerns individually is not a deal breaker but the only positive things I can say about this place is that whenever we saw our server, he was nice, did recognize his mistakes and was apologetic, and the salad bar area was spotless.

I ordered a petite sirloin online to-go. It wasn’t cooked precisely to my specified«medium» temperature, but I do recall eating worse steaks. Overall I wasn’t disappointed by my main feature. The broccoli and mashed potatoes sides, however, could be improved in taste simply by using less salt. The staff were friendly and helpful, but perhaps disorganized. Of the RT’s that I’ve visited, the interior design and décor of this particular one may have been my favorite. I’ll be back when I’m staying in the PHL area. If this is your only dining option, your situation could be worse.

Had the Bourbon glazed pork chop… outstanding meal… a little pricey, but I didn’t mind because it was so delicious. Service was weak, and salad bar was smaller than the chain usually has, but it was fresh. All in all, a good meal.

I went to this restaurant because it was very convenient(in the parking lot of my hotel). I sat at the bar and had dinner. The bar area was dirty and the bartenders were making drinks after pushing the trash down with their hands in the trash can. I saw drinks returned because they had bugs in them while I was there. If this is what it looks like where a customer can see it, I can only imagine what the kitchen is allowing. I will go without food before I will return to this establishment.

Food was fine. A chain so you know what’s coming. But I really liked the staff. Courteous and helpful, especially Rebecca. A slow night and late, but they were still on their game and I appreciated it greatly. Thanks

Good meal. Good service. New sauce was good. Basic salad bar. Not heavy meal. Calories on menu make you second guess

October 12, 2015 Just got back from Ruby Tuesdays on Bartram Ave. in Philadelphia, It sucked. Our waitress, Dami, was distracted and not very good at her job. She was sloppy and brought me a burger that was exactly NOT what I ordered — which was the triple-prime bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. What I got was a long-past-medium burger with exactly SEVEN onion rings. I sent it back and made her bring me a new one. She STILL didn’t get one with bacon, like I ordered, but I was too tired to yell at her(which I might have done in other circumstances). For $ 11.99, it was way, way, WAY too much money. I’d never, ever go back to this restaurant and I don’t think anyone else should, either.

Normally I like this place! I don’t know why there rate is lower. On the other hand, this time, I didn’t receive that starter biscuit. I didn’t ask for it, so I don’t get it? My server forgot about that? Great food though. I wish they have stronger air circulation so there is not restaurant’s smell. That food stain smell, I should say… Will I go back? Yes, when I get their discount coupons.

Not much I can add about a chain of this magnitude except that its presence in this business park provides Hampton Inn and probably most of the other adjacent hotels the only hot meal option for clientele that are choosing to hoof it. I only visited at all because the Philly shuttle took all day to reach PIA and a lot of businesses were closed already once I rented a car. Hampton customers get gated parking so there’s a convenient door in the fence just for them to reach the restaurant during business hours. Over the top theme-ridden chains like Cheesecake Factory, TGI Friday and this one keep me at bay because of their gutsy attitude that allows them to pack each item with enough calories to get me to the top of Mt. Rainier. New health standards force them to post the calorie count on the menu, too, if you don’t believe me. Fortunately, popular demand brings«fit and trim» entrees like Chicken Bella and what I ordered, Chicken Fresca. The sanity test I took in using Super Trans to get to PHL required a couple of glasses of red wine, too! With two sides of fresh broccoli(unseasoned with butter or oil! amazing!) and a tender, moist chicken breast half covered with 3 slices of tomato and a light dose of Parmesan sauce you have a very decent and perfectly portioned dinner. It’ll set you back $ 13 and there will be no leftovers, but the Hampton doesn’t offer refrigerators anyway. It’s clean in there and the wait staff are professional. In a pinch with a pinch of self control, there are worse options than the Ruby Tuesday at the airport interplex.

I’ve been here several times when traveling out of PHL airport. It’s ok. The salad bar is fresh and the food is just Iike any other RT. Each time I’ve been here the service has been okay up until it’s time for the check– you wait forever for them to drop it and run your card. Every. Time. If you’re in a rush, ask for it early!

Had dinner here last night with my bestie, I got there before her so that sat me in the very last both in the back of the restaurant. Perplexed as we walked by a ton of open booths on the way. Now we have to travel to get to the salad bar. Our waitress was OK, nothing special. She brght us these 4 little marbles they call biscuits which they are trying to replicate Red Lobsters Biscuits… But no way Jose! We both ordered salmon, she had the regular and I had the hickory bourbon. The Salmon had good flavor and was fresh. The Salmon is overpriced though 15.95! The Salad Bar was good, but the same olé stuff. Be nice to see them switch it up.

I was in Philadelphia on business and staying at the Microtel next door. I had never been to a Ruby Tuesday. I must say, it was darn good. I enjoyed the steak and lobster, salad bar and loaded baked potato. I was a bit concerned with the security officer inside the restaurant. He should have made me feel comfortable but, it was just the opposite. I have never been to a restaurant that had a security officer before. I guess, I was just in the wrong neighborhood. Would I go back, Of Course? But maybe not alone next time.

I actually didn’t know that Ruby Tuesday was still open… I haven’t been to one in years and I was reminded again at dinner last night. I was with a colleague at the hotel across the parking lot and we just needed something quick. We were happy to see a salad bar but that’s about where it ended. The super fruit sangria was described by our server as «sangria with lots of fruit in it»… Really? That’s all you got? I ordered it as it was tasty — definitely blackberry glaciers and it was good but the server was so unconvincing. My guest is a vegan and she was able to find a veggie platter to meet her needs. I had the bourbon salmon. Both were fine — nothing remarkable but it didn’t leave me wanting more. Service was adequate. Food sub par overall. The one notable item was my seat faced the kitchen and I could clearly see the line cooks working. The guys weren’t wearing hair nets AND they had facial hair without any protection… Yikes! To top it off, I saw who I presume to be a line cook eating pizza Now I haven’t worked in a restaurant in about 10 years but there is no way rules have changed that much! They should not be eating in the same place they are preparing food! Just so unappetizing to me. Thankfully I was just passing through and really won’t become a regular. Try to go somewhere else if you can.
