Great customer service is a big must for me and after today, I know that it’s a top priority at Royal. Since writing my first review I received a personal phone call from Mr. David Cohen to discuss the issues I may have had with the services provided. My main reason for the initial not-so-great review was the cost of the service. As customers we were did not initially receive estimates, invoices or anything. David actually took the time to explain everything from the charges on the bill to the process of acquiring a public adjuster to deal with the insurance company. He made it his mission to make sure that I understood everything and that no stone was left unturned. It’s reassuring to know that there are still companies that don’t just take your money and run and couldn’t care any less about how you feel about the services they provide. Thank you, Royal, for making your customers’ satisfaction your priority.
