I was a first time customer dropping off a watch to have the battery changed and a few links taken out. I was greeted warmly, quoted a price and had my watch back ticking and fitting nicely within minutes. :-) I would definitely recommend for anyone with any sort of watch repair needs!

I have had all watches serviced by mills jewelers. I have a Rolex and breitling. In addition I have always purchased all my jewelry from them. They provide excellent service and I always trust them implicitly.

hmm maybe i’ll go to william shwartz moving forward. i had my favorite ring cleaned here and they did a really good job. i went back and had them replace the battery in my watch. it stopped working again after 3 months. what a waste!

I couldn’t disagree more with the previous reviewer. I’ve taken about a dozen watches to Robert Mills in the past year. They’ve been very polite and helpful and my watches have been beautifully restored. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

We’ve been going to Mill’s for repairs and watch servicing for many years. Not fancy, but they always to the job well and quickly! Maybe a little less hand holding and fawning than most folks are used to in jewelry stores but I’d rather have excellent quality workmanship and speedy turn around than having my ego stroked!
