The customer service and tellers are excellent on the front counter. However, the problems surface when you’re one of the VIP customers. On that end, you’re treated as expendable and basically dirt. They WILL and DO hardsell you products and services that you don’t need or want or otherwise damage your credit. These bank agents that I’ve encountered seem to be newly graduated Penn or Drexel students and are horrible. They do not work with your hours as much as you have to work with theirs! If you’re a college student of Drexel or Penn, you will be treated as such and won’t encounter too many problems. If you have a business or otherwise have money, I would bank elsewhere.
