Waited an hour and 20 minutes for a pizza and an order of breadsticks to arrive. The pizza tasted like it was cooked a week ago and sat under heat lamps for another week. If I ever have a craving again, I’ll pick up, and from a different location.

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut several times. The pizza is always good and hot, but it is always slow. I placed a pick up order online and it said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I showed up 15 minutes later and I don’t think they had even put the pizza in the oven. They said it would be about 5 minutes, but it was another 20 minutes before it was ready. I think 35 minutes to make a pizza is a bit long.
