5 stars for the doctor. He has always been very kind and patient. He also seems to know what he’s doing and has helped me and my family with any problems that have arisen with our eyes. He’s the reason I continue to go to this locale. The prices are fairly good in comparison to other places. Decent selection of frames and lenses. My main issue with this PearleVision location are the staff members in the front of the store. There are several people who work there and, from what I’ve seen, only one that knows what she’s doing, is honest, and doesn’t walk around with a rotten attitude.

The eye doctor is excellent. Really takes his time. They staff has always been very helpful when I have been here. I have been wearing glasses & contacts for years. I always here not to go here because they are very slow. The amount of foot traffic that comes is the reason why they are slow. They don’t have much of an eyeglass selection but they are affordable. The contact lenses are inexpensive also. I’m a college student & I don’t have vision in my Plan. So affordable is what I need & the doctor is very thorough. i don’t mind the wait it’s well worth it

SLOW service. 3 people to help 1 customer for an eyeglass pickup. I will not be back. It was the same when I came for the exam. If you have an hour to pick up glasses you already paid for, then this is the place for you. Terrible service, slow and it stinks in the waiting area.

Their lab broke my very expensive frames. The first words out of the technician’s mouth when she called to tell me were«I told you we would not be responsible». When I got there(so they could reimburse the lens fee, apparently can’t be done over the phone) they made sure to tell me(and show me) how«old and brittle they were». Ok, it’s my fault the lab was careless with my «old and brittle frames». They offered to replace my frames with a cheaper pair, of course, but I wanted a discount on the lenses since I was not getting my frames. No go. I would not have put this negative review up had the technician said to me when she called«this is what we can do for you» instead of telling me right off the bat how they were not responsible. I’ve no idea who trained the women here but they need to go back. Oh, when I walked in that last day the same tech who called was talking to a young man. Young man: «but I did not order Transitions» on the lenses. Tech: «but you DID order Transitions». Yeah. In retrospect it was MY fault for taking my pricey frames to a chain. Ugh. Never again. Beware they WILL blame YOU for THEIR mistakes!
