The worst place I’ve ever lived. If I have any type of maintenance issue to report, I know I’m going to have to settle in for a fight. On the first attempt, the property management office tries to explain that no, I don’t have a problem at all, «it’s» not broken. Four weeks later, it might get fixed after they drive you crazy with condescending emails. I currently have wiring problem and had to have Comcast come out twice to attempt to get my cable/​internet/​phone working and they need to pull a wire through the basement to fix my service. Well, called the property management office two weeks ago to get permission to drill the hole and they said they’d get back right away and I’m still waiting. They’re just awful, over priced, rude, and they use cheap construction materials. I’m in a new unit and the stair railing jiggles in the wall. All of the «new» appliances make weird noises and the heating system barely works. I look forward to my lease being up.
