Pat’s Pizzaria

With my dad having issues with his back, his brother stopped by to have lunch with my dad so he wasn’t lonely. He brought with him pepperoni pizza from Pat’s. I had never had Pat’s before and because I was leaving for my first day of a new job, I could not have my own piece. I took a quick big bite of pizza from my dad’s slice when he wasn’t looking. From the quick big bite of the pizza, the cheese was actually hot and gooey (a good gooey). The bottom crust was crispy but not too crispy where I had difficulty chewing on it.
This morning I finally got a chance to really try the pizza. Even reheated the pizza wasn’t bad. The pizza was huge though. Normally when I order pizza, we get a large and it doesn’t look as big as these pieces do. In my opinion, the pizza needed a little more sauce. It was like the sauce got lost under gallons of cheese.
