I transferred my prescriptions from CVS to Olde Philly Pharmacy several months ago and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service is absolutely exceptional. I have never had to wait more than two minutes for my order to be ready, and that is assuming I have to wait at all. Frequently my prescriptions are ready before I even walk in the door… even though I have not called them in. Every time I go in I am greeted by name and friendly conversation and I leave smiling. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Like the other reviewers, I prefer to spend my money at local businesses whenever possible. I dropped off two prescriptions here and they were filled correctly and promptly. I’m new to town and had new prescriptions and new insurance, which can oftentimes be a hassle, but not here! The pharmacist even noticed that I had recently moved to the area and offered to refer me to a General Practitioner in the area. This location doesn’t have a lot of other products, but they definitely have the bare bones pharmacy items that you might need. If you’re looking for a friendly, no-​hassle pharmacy this is definitely the place for you!

I had the flu one day when I was trying to switch to this pharmacy. I’m dumb and didn’t bring my prescription card… came back with the wrong card, and then gave them an expired card! Through all of this the pharmacist was super patient and even made a bunch of phone calls for me which was awesome because I was too sick to get out of bed again. I can’t remember his name now but he didn’t seem bothered at all and just kept saying «It’s my job!» with a smile. I’m so glad I switched here and it’s right up the street! Support local business!

Strictly based on prescriptions, they are awesome! I prefer to support the local man instead of big corp CVS and I’m happy to give them my business. The hours are realistic 9am-​8am on most days except Sunday. The Pharmacists are always cordial and actually kinda cute. It’s right across from Primo’s to curb your hoagie craving and a block from Whipped for a sweet treat. Yeah, I just plugged my local spots.
