Movies that were available actually turned out to be on backorder. I canceled half my order when it didn’t arrive timely but the next day they charged my card and responded to my cancelation that my order had already been processed and could not be canceled. Three days later I get an email that my order had been shipped but it had two of the same movie instead of the two different movies I ordered and was charged for(one was a double). They lie, cheat and F-up your order. Don’t go to Movies Unlimited.

I can’t say how disappointed I am in this company. It’s 2012 and one would think they could pull their heads out of their asses and provide customer service to customers. Not only did I not get an email explaining the credit card issue, when I called back, they said it was my fault for not calling THEM. To top it off, they are out of stock on the item. What a bunch of morons! Don’t EVER do business with them. They are too retarded to be in business!

I can’t say enough good things about Movies Unlimited! Being an avid movie collector this place is great to beef up your collection! Back in the late 1990’s I wanted to make my psychotronic(i.e. cult films or pre David Lynch, directors like Russ Meyer, John Waters, Hershell Gordon Lewis, etc.) section of my library a bit more stronger. They had about 85% of the films that I was looking for. At the time most of them were only available on VHS but I was not going to pass the obscure gems up! Since VHS has been completely faded out and DVD is the reigning format now, Movies Unlimited still delivers in having an enormous selection of films to pick from. It is almost safe to say that if there is a print of a movie that is still in print for region 1(North America) then they can probably still get it. They have a great foreign film section, Criterion selection, LGBT titles, and yes mainstream films as well. Go ahead and give them a try all you cinephiles out there!
