I went here yesterday for my biweekly pedi, and walked in and they sent me to the back. They only had 1 nail tech doing pedis back there with 2 – 3 women waiting besides me… Well I sat down and I am watching the nail tech work and the customer asks him if he can clean her feet better, well he started saying how he knew how to do his job… That he had a license and asking her if she wanted to do it for him!!!(ok, I understand this place is in the hood, and customers can be belligerent and rude and the nail techs have to have their guard up) but this woman didn’t even say it in a mean way! And he was literally screaming at her, got up, started a new chair and said he wasn’t going to work on her. I offered to go get the manager for her since her feet were still wet, and told the managers husband that one of his techs was yelling at a customer. Long story short, the husband said that the lady always complains an is never happy and no one ever wants to take her, but got another nail tech to finish off her pedi. Apart from that eventful experience, during my pedi(I did not want the man who was screaming at the lady to work on me… So I got someone else) the lady who was working on me rubbed my big toe raw!!! I pulled away and was bleeding,… She saw it and said she was sorry and preceded to milk the blood out of my toe and keep wiping it and used Vaseline for a quick fix. I am NOT going there for a pedi again. I will look elsewhere to spend my 20 dollars because I tip VERYWELL, and this kind of treatment to your customers is not where I want to spend my money.
