I came here on a Friday night at 7 pm and the place was nearly empty because it was so beautiful outside, so that may be the trick if you want to grab a lane without the wait! I suggest going in a big group because it can be pricey. We had 5 people and it was around $ 17/person for an hour. Drinks were not insanely expensive, and the food was reasonably priced as well! Food picks: fried sweet potato tots and nachos were both tasty and shareable. Very friendly service and attentive wait staff. There is also lots of space to sit and relax(though the music is pretty loud), or play games like giant jenga! Plus there are pool tables and a ping pong table if you want to mix it up. Overall, great place for a night out.

Gorgeous bowling alley. In great location and has a very nice setup. Our server was great and very attentive. They have a nice selection of ball weights for everyone. The food was very yummy, just took a little long. Theres ping pong and pool. Overall a good experience. Minus one star for the insane prices. $ 26 per person is quite a bit in my opinion. We were all taken back when he said it would be $ 78 thats crazy.

Four stars for the decent number of well maintained pool tables. For billiards, there’s not too many options in Philly so this place is my go-to. Also, decent service and good tater tots!

I left very annoyed. So I tried to make reservations for this past sat April 9 for 2PM. There wasn’t any reservations available online so I called. The woman who I spoke w/said that If I came down at 2 she could probably get me a lane. So I winged it and went down. I got down at 2 and the Asian lady at the front desk told me that she would be able to get me on a lane in 30 mins. I said ok I will wait. I sat right in front of her. An hr went by and I went up to the front desk and she looked at me and said«how can I help you» like I hadn’t been sitting in front of her for an hr and like she hadn’t taken my name down. I asked her if the wait would be much longer? She then proceeds to tell me that the lanes that she was going to give me were already given out because the manager or someone gave them away to someone else and she didn’t know about it. My complaint is not that I sat and waited an whole hr for a lane that I was told I was going to have in 30 mins… my complaint is that I sat in front of this woman for a whole hr trying to be patient. She at 30 mins should have come to me and told me that she would not be able to get me a lane. If I had not gone up to her she would have let me sit there for another hr. Just very annoyed is all. This place shoudnt take walk ins at all. And the should tell customers that they are going to be able to get them a lane when they know that they are not. Definitely wasted my time!

I came here with high expectations and was severely let down. We waited 4 hours after being told it would only be an hour, to find out they let a party in before us. And they let them in because they knew them. Which I get, but guess what. Fuck that? I waited 4 hours if you tried that 2 hours ago I would have been perfectly fine. When we made a scene the only thing they could do is apologize and attempt to comp one round of bowling. For a party size of 14, I would personally take a different route leading my business. They also blind side you with their additional services aka ping pong and pool. There are PLENTY of bowling places in this city, this would be the last place i recommend. They also water down their drinks to add insult to injury. Completely done

I have been to lucky strike half a dozen times and every time it’s been awesome. Whether you’re into bowling, pool, ping pong or any of the games they offer you are almost guaranteed to have a blast! The waiters are quite attentive and drink are definitely on point. They have a happy hour that you might want to check out. Also I just recently found out that the third floor becomes a lounge area after certain hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Ps the Irish nachos are soooo delicious. Burgers are quite large with good options. Sweet potato fries were yummy too.

Went there to bowl on Monday. The staff was friendly and we had fun bowling. Location is very handy. Negative– we ordered the poutine. It was awful. Very salty, gravy was lacking and what was there was way too thick, there was hardly any cheese, and it was $ 10. I do not recommend the poutine.

NEVEROPEN to the public. You would think they wouldn’t give away ALL of their lanes for private parties every single time I try to go. I give up

First time I was there was a decent experience. Waited approximately 45 minutes for a lane and had a few drinks before hand. Second time I was there we were told an hour and half wait for a lane. No problem, it was a group of 4 so we waited and had a few drinks and some food which was good even if slightly overpriced. After the hour and a half had passed, we asked them how much longer until we get a lane and we were told an hour and a half again… They did nothing to accommodate us and we had to leave to make sure we caught a train. We basically spent $ 80 on overpriced bar food and did not get a chance to bowl, which is what we came for in the first place. I will not return unless I have reserved a lane.

Terrible, terrible bar service. I play in a weekly league here and it averages about 40 minutes per bar interaction. The price and service is really lacking. I will be back for the bowling league but would not suggest coming here for anything else. They need to work on their service, it’s terrible.

We first went there a while ago and enjoyed their fish tacos and sweet potato fries. Tonight, we wanted to repeat the experience. That was a NIGHTMARE. When we entered, no one was near the door to greet us, so we walked around to find out where to sit. After waiting for several minutes, I called this tall skinny guy with a ponytail and black glasses that was walking by, he responds, «I don’t work on this floor. What do you want?» I paused in disbelief and said, «I want a server». When the aloof server finally arrived, he gave us menus and immediately asked if we knew what we wanted. Huh? «You just gave us the menus. Can you give us a minute to decide?» Our fish tacos were cold — the fried fish was cold and they didn’t even warm the tortillas! The tots were ok, BUT the sprinkled sugar on top was corny. I had them take it back, we closed the tab, and went to Wawa. I’m NEVER going back to Lucky Strike.

When my company scheduled an evening social gathering here, I had the lowest of expectations. How could a bowling alley be a good place for a corporate event? However, with the multiple levels and rooms this place makes a great place for a gathering with bowling, pool tables, table tennis, and other items to keep you occupied throughout the rooms, it’s a great place to have fun and socialize. For a bowling alley, the place is relatively upscale. So don’t expect to see the«Dude» Lebowski hanging out here, but I’m sure you can still order a White Russian at the bar. Over all the bar service was good. I couldn’t have the food given there wasn’t wheat free options, but most of the feedback from coworkers wasn’t excellent. However, given the venue was used more for socializing than for the food, there’s plenty positive to be had in an experience here. A great venue for a gathering, lots of activity, a drink and comfortable interaction.

I had my 40th Birthday party here, and let me tell you, it was a blast and a total hit with the all the guests and the talk of the town with my friends. Looking forward to going back. The food was awesome, and the crabcakes were tasty.

Came here this past Thursday to grab some drinks and a bartender here named Dennis cured my cold. I asked him to make me some kind of mojito that would clear my sinuses and that he did with a rumplemintz mojito. It was delicious and it cleared my sinuses, what more can I ask for!

Bought tickets to tonights heaven and hell party. Vip tickets for 20 bucks. All was great open bar 9 to 11. Clean good music fun had by all. Tried to close my tab at 11… had paid for shots. First bartender told me «no they do that at the other end of the bar.» Went to other end of the bar and was told the same. Husband got the manager who closed the tab, didnt apologize or comp anything for the 30 minute confusion. Dont come here to party. Left no tip, for good reason. Wont be back. Completely rude.

Lucky Strike is a really fun place to come with a group or even for a fun date night! They have a full bar and food available, plus the bowling, ping pong, and pool, etc is fun too! It is also a great venue to hold events! I came here every so often and was here not too long ago with friends and we had a great time! We didn’t mind the prices, even though they are a little on the pricey side, and the staff was super friendly! As always, the food was really good(Nachos are my favorite, but we had a ton of appetizers and they were all good. Also their burgers are really good as well) and we enjoyed the full bar. I have also come here for a special event! The space was great, we had a whole floor to ourselves, the bar, and lots of food. The staff was awesome, and we were a busy and big crowd, so they certainly know how to handle an event! The bar was super crowded, but the bar tenders were very attentive and people really didn’t have to wait long at all, which was really nice! We all had a great time bowling on teams with everyone in the group. It certainly livened up the fundraiser we were here for! My boyfriend and I also like to come here sometimes for a date night that is a little different than our usual. We always have a blast! You really can’t go wrong here! The place is clean and looks nice too, things are kept up well here, and people tend to dress pretty well when they come here. It gives off a great, fun, and more upscale vibe than you would get at most other bowling alleys. A little expensive, but for a fancy/classier/more upscale bowling place, this place is worth the money. Definitely a good time!

Pretty dope place. We were looking for something to do so I Unilocaled bowling. It was really hard to find parking… Like really hard. What sucked was that I accidentally parked in a handicapped zone and got my car towed. Anyway, I had a great time here. Placed two games of bowling, a couple games of pool and some pingpong. I thought it was a little chilly in there at first but after we started bowling we realized that the AC was on because once you start to get active you get really hot. Also, they have a full bar. They have a full BAR!!!

Came for a stir event Spacious bar inside with bowling alleys to the far end, a few pool tables and ping pong tables in front of the alleys. Aside from issues we had with the match host it was a great time. The wait staff were super friendly and helpful and the bartender was hysterical! Ordered: Fish tacos: Comes as a serving of three tacos with a very small side of salsa They were good but a tad spicy for me… would probably try something else next time I didn’t order them but one of the other guests ordered the Nachos which looked amazing! It was a huge plate of tortillas with mounds of goodness on top(guac, cheese, peppers, etc) and they enjoyed them. I would try this in the future. Bowling: A little bit of a difficult time getting the lane to reset and also a little difficult getting someone to help us with it(probably bc of the size of the party…) but after it was up and going it was a blast. Pool table: Standard fare except the balls stay in the pockets… I prefer when they are re routed to either end of the table(snotty?) Table tennis: Attempted to play but the table was a lil broken and they had given out all the paddles. Kinda weird no? Overall a good experience and would go back.
