I came in one day looking for a snackeez Jr for my son. He wanted a ninja turtle one and this was the only place the internet said have it. But when I came I couldn’t find it and a couple of the associate tryed to help. But I didn’t see it. So I went to the women in layaway and we around looking for it and still couldn’t find it. Then she checked the back for me and there it was my snackeez Jr cup. I was so happy she just went way beyond and out her way to find me the cup. She was awsome. I wish I could of got her name, she need to be recognized.

When you walk into a store and smell bug spray, it’s not a good sign. The store is dim, dirty, horribly stocked, and the employees simply don’t care. Avoid it.

I called 15 mins before I left my house
To see if this store was open–
Mind you theirs a snow storm
So I wanted to make sure
And they were so
I walked 20 mins to get to them
(My son was not feeling well he had a slight fever)
I got to the door as they were letting the LAST customer out they said to me that’s it
We are closed
I expressed to the very rude girl
Can I please just grab meds for my young son
She said «nope can’t help you»
And locked the door…
Wow
Thankfully target was open not to far away

I came here with my parents looking for a sand box that they had advertised in their paper. They didn’t have it in which was very disappointing. This is suppose to be the main kmart store and they don’t have one of the major items listed in their paper. Other than that they seemed well stocked. The store has aged and is falling apart. It wasn’t the cleanest either. The employee who we asked to help us with the sand box was very nice. He even suggested if we went to the customer service desk that they could call around and find it for us. The woman at the customer service desk however left more to be desired. She didn’t want to be there and she didn’t hide that fact.

I come here all the time never had a problem. Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. Yes the store has aged but they do try and keep it looking its best. Never had a problem and i still enjoy my Kmart exp.

This is the worst kmart I’ve ever been to. I’ve never written a review before but must warn people. I’ve lived in Mayfair from 1982 – 2004 and this kmart was good. When I came back around 2011 it was unrecognizable. I would recommend driving the extra few miles to target or to the mall but please stay clear away from this big Kmart it is just the worst.
