WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I got my hair styled today by this short girl with red hair who does not listen. She cut my bang way to short so now I have to walk around looking dumb until it goes out. That’s not fair. I will never go there again thanks to her.

I love this salon.!! I wouldn’t dare going anywhere else. And its close by. I will forever be a customer.

horrifying experience today. I waited an hour for an shampoo never done. I left called back and spoke to owner and told her how one of the shampoos girls was complaining. How it was a circus how they were conditioning people hair who just came in. I’m think it my turn for the shampoo bowl but low and behold somehow my name is under someone’s who just came in. I left needless to say I won’t be going back they need order.

I went last Saturday November 21. I like the fact that they have specialized conditioners and you get to take them home with. The young women that did my hair was really good. I didn’t care for the style because I get pin curls all the time. But I definitely will be stopping back in.

Love Dina! Went there my 1^st time because I needed something done quick and they were local!!! I was in and out and was sold to change my salon! My hair hasn’t come out this way in years! It was perfect and I received many compliments on it! All I had was a wash and blowout! 2^nd visit, I had a funeral to attend in 45 mins and Dina promised to have me out on time and she did without risking the quality of styling!

First time coming here and everyone walked out with their hair flowing. I on the other hand must’ve got the short end of the deal, I asked for my Brazilian hair to be pressed bone straight :/​it looked like my daughter pressed my hair. I figured this was a first time stylist. I would recommend this salon because I’ve seen great results however I would not recommend every stylist.

I would not recommend coming here I’ve been going there for over a year but as the prior review stylist are not consistent. I came for a color that was reddish blonde I left with a dark purple hair color. The guy who I guess is the manager and the stylish argued back and forth about whose fault it was in the mean time my hair is still dark. They charged me for a wash and curl instead of color but because I didn’t want to «act a fool «I paid it but if as a customer I am not pleased with the color I should not have been charged at all. I call them a week later to tell them how displeased I am and he says cone we fix it no charge when I come after it’s done he tell me he gonna charge me. WTF and it’s still not the color I want cause it was so dark it wouldn’t take. He went against what he said. Hey you can take that $ 25 but you lost a customer for life. What happen to customer satisfaction. No not here. Don’t go here if u want more than a wash and curl they will mess u up. And not take ownership.

Been coming to this salon for over a year now. I come once a month. Results depend on the stylist. There are some veteran stylists here but seems like there are a few different girls here everytime I come. They do use a lot of heat for blow drying styles but what Dominican salon doesn’t? Gave four starts because results are not consistent across stylists. I would recommend if you come here, try out a few different stylists first and then choose two, one as your primary and the other as a back up for days when it may be crowded.
