My now husband purchased my 1 of a kind engagement ring from here and we have both of our wedding rings made here. Ted is a a gem (see what I did there) and the staff is very kind and attentive! They always remember us when we go in and they made the jewelry portion of our wedding very easy. My wedding band had to be made because of the unique shape of my ring (sideways pear-​shaped) and my husband wanted a unique ring as well. He designed it himself and Debs came through. We actually got quoted a cheaper price for his ring to be made from a competitor but went with Debs because we trusted the quality and professionalism. I have a micro-​pave band and sometimes the small diamonds fall out. I just have to take it to Ted and I come back later that day and all is fixed. Actually I was annoyed because on my ring it felt like one small area should have had a diamond and it didn’t. I kept saying how it bothered me (even the design was not set to have one there). Ted just went ahead and put one in for me! (Mind you these are super small diamonds and I am fully insured) but I appreciated that he knew it would continue to bother me. If you are shopping around, there is no other place I’d recommend.

My search for the perfect engagement ring lasted two months. I went to all the main jewelers on Jewelers Row and found most of them very pushy and only worried about making a sale. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Jeffery Debs Jewelers. The décor was very welcoming and modern. I was greeted by Ted Lowenstern, who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He asked me a series of questions to narrow down what I was looking for and provided samples of rings in my style and price range. Ted was very fair and genuine, which I put a high priority on because I wanted to have my ring custom-​made so trust in the jeweler was very important. There was no need for haggling with them because the first price I received was the best offer. I even compared the specs of the diamond I bought with another jeweler on Jewelers Row and he admitted that he couldn’t compete! I wanted to keep my ring creation and purchase a secret from my girlfriend, and Ted made sure to be discreet and accommodating over the period I designed the ring. The ring was made exactly to my specifications and it was a great experience! I proposed in June, and my fiancé was extremely happy with the ring– she say’s it’s what she wanted and more! She has received glowing compliments from family, friends (especially the girlfriends!) and strangers too. When she finally visited Jeff Debs she knew I had chosen the right place. We are looking forward to buying our wedding bands and other pieces from Jeff Debs soon.

My fiancé and I had my engagement ring made here and they far exceeded my expectations. After going in a couple of shops on jewelers row and being treated walking in to Jeffrey Debs was a breath of fresh air. Upon walking in we were greeted warmly by Eileen. She took the time and sat with us and showed us anything we wanted. I showed her a picture of a setting I found on line and she tried to find something similar so i could get an idea of what it would look like. She was very patient with us and was willing to do whatever we wanted. We weren’t sure if we were going to use my mother’s first diamond or buy our own and Eileen said she would be happy to do either. In the end we ended up choosing our own stone. I found a picture of a ring I fell in love with on line but no one had ever seen anything like it so Eileen took the specs down and used the picture to make a wax mold so I could try it on to see if I liked it. The mold came out great. When my fiancé proposed and pulled out the ring I fell in love with it all over again. It is stunning and wherever I go I get compliments and I tell them to go to Jeffrey Debs and ask for Eileen. Throughout the process she stayed in contact with my fiancé and when he was proposing she called each of us after to see how it went. I love love love my ring and I can’t praise them enough. I can’t wait to go back and pick out my wedding band!

I’m quite happy with my experience at this store. Ted Loewenstern helped me select a nice pendant without a hard-​sell approach. The store atmosphere is very nice and relaxed — I’ll definitely shop here again.

Debs Jewelers over exceeded my expectations. After having stepped in to many seedy and cheesy looking shops on Jewelers row, I was immediately impressed by the elegant décor of the shop and the friendliness of the people. We went in looking for a new ring setting and Jeff Debs was extremely helpful in showing us different styles (they have a great selection!) and he quickly understood the style I was looking for and showed me ones I would actually be interested in (Unlike other shops where the people just had no clue and kept pushing styles on me that I expressed no interest in).
We were so impressed by Jeff’s patience and desire to really help me find THE ring I wanted. My fiancé and I visited his shop 3 times before we finally decided on a ring and Jeff was courteous and just as helpful each time. When we finally decided on the ring, we had a short timeline for when we needed it, and Jeff arranged the order and mailed it out to us in California without any incident. He personally called and kept in touch with us until we got the ring in our hands and were satisfied with it. This was exceptional customer service and not once through out the process did I feel rushed or forced to make any decision or second guess my purchase with Debs Jewelers. I highly recommend Debs Jewlers.
