BEWARE THEY SELL CLONES AS AUTHENTIC Was sold a clone troll rda as authentic when I came back to get a refund they refused. It’s illegal and I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs they lied and said its authentic when its clearly not I wanted a refund and got denied. Have evidence its a clone I contacted wotofo and had it verified that it is indeed a clone. I wanted to like this shop its a shame I purchased multiple juices from them in the past. They lost a customer.

I feel like I need to tell all of the kratom users that there is another local shop that has the same strains at almost HALF of what Holy Smokes is charging. I have been a customer at Holy Smokes for a long while now, but I just cant justify paying over twenty dollars extra for PACKAGING Kratom powder in a medicine bottle.

This store is ok. I’m not too impressed with it. My husband bought 2 vaporizers here that both broke within the first few months of using. None of the employees really seemed to know what they were talking about either when it came to their products. My husband likes going there because they seem to have a wide variety of products. I’m always completely uncomfortable going here because they either completely ignore you or they are hell bent on pushing you to buy something. There is no middle ground with them. On the plus side my husband got a free t-​shirt. Although if you think about the $ 300 we spent on those crappy vaporizers than they weren’t free. Your really better off avoiding here.

I bought the Extreme-​Q vaporizer one month ago at Holy smokes for 274.99 plus taxes which online the exact same unit is around 150.00
So to start off please do your research online before buying anything over priced with ZERO customer support at this place.
Unfortunately today the male conector that connects to the female connector broke, I dont believe it was my fault since I waited for the unit to cool down for a whole night and then removed the piece as I always did this past month.
Long story short, I went there to get the heating unit fixed or replaced since the women that sold it
told me to keep the original box and receipt so they would take care of me.
I first talked to a bigger guy which had no clue about what to do and then he proceded to talk to someone in charge (Older bald guy) the bigger guy came back after a couple minutes and told me to wait.
I did wait for a while but the Older guy never came to talk to me although I heard him talking pretty loud with some people on the other side of the store for several minutes.
I packed my S**T and left, I honestly had more important things to do and I cant waste my day trying to get something simple fixed.
I noticed the store employees will be really friendly when pushing some OVERPRICED merchandise to you but extremely rude and not carrying when you go there to get something fixed or replaced.
I been going to this store for the past 3 – 4 years and believe me I will take my business somehwere else.

Good selection, but prices are sky high!!!

First off you weren’t there. All I wanted was my vape fixed, and the old man told me it’s useless I’m screwed contact the company. He didn’t even know that he could order a new coil for it. I didn’t know anything about vaporizers, he told me $ 160 was a great price. That’s BS you just wrote that $ 25 was your wholesale price. Pretty big mark up don’t ya think??? AND THE 2^nd one he gave me didn’t even fit my g-​pen charger.
I DID CONTACT GRENCO SCIENCE TO HELP ME DETERMINE IT WAS A FAKE OR NOT. SENT PICS AND EMAILS AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS 100% COUNTERFEIT AND THEY ARE HAVING THEIR LEGAL TEAM HANDLE IT.
I’ll pass on the gift card as well, thanx !

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent assortment of products. Definitely the best head shop I have seen so far around the Philadelphia area. These guys know how to run a business. My jaw dropped several times at some of the cool stuff they carry that I have never even seen anywhere online. I think I spent an hour in here just looking around. Will definitely be back.

I really wanted to like this place being that it’s the closest of its kind to where I live, however that is not case.
Upon walking into the store I immediately saw what I came to buy and proceeded to peruse the case. As I was looking, the owner approached me and explained all the the products to me. Sidebar: the customer service is great, hence the two stars. He was super courteous and was willing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I wasn’t able to give more than two stars for a couple reasons: The price. I may be a novice when it comes to vaping, but paying almost $ 15 for a 15ml bottle was not what I was expecting, but I bought one anyway since I didn’t want to waste the trip by leaving empty handed. I ended up buying a 0mg nicotine e-​liquid with Push Up flavor. I bought the house brand which I was told, by the owner, was of the highest quality. Sadly, that was not the case for me. There was nothing Push Up-​y about this particular liquid. It was somewhat sweet, but it was just a generic sweet; nothing special really.
I probably won’t be going back. At least I tried if for myself.

Went in to buy some Vape gear.
Juice was bad, the juice tank broke after few uses.
The staff was very limited in their knowledge on vaping…
I really hope they get better at this, cause they have a killer location and really should make vaping to be their main priority as it will only get more and more popular.

I’m new to the whole vaping thing and being a visual person, I need to see items before I buy. Customer service depends on who actually helps you out. I’ve been there on 3 different occasions simply because I didn’t know of any other place in Philly to go.
The one female I’ve seen there seems to know a little of what she’s talking about and the limited knowledge is due to the products they sell. I thought I was buying an eGo; they sold me the knock-​off. Their «kit» cost $ 20 more than what a real eGo would cost. To everything I asked the responses were always «our brand.»
On my 2^nd trip there the «old man» couldn’t be too bothered to help unlike a previous reviewer who said he was extremely helpful when they went there.
My 3^rd trip was due to a faulty cartomizer or the juice for it was just bad. The person who helped me that day said «I don’t know» to everything yet also said he’s the one who does the ordering.
One thing is clear, they do NOT like telling you the names of anything. They’d rather you keep coming there as opposed to knowing what it is and shopping online.
Also, their eLiquid is very very very weak. I bought Apple Pie, Banana and Bumble Gum. I can barely taste any flavor at all. When I asked about that I was once again told «our brand.»
I just came across Artifax. I’ll try them next. I’m done with Holy Smokes.

Holy Smokes is right… what an awesome place. I’m not even sure where I should begin. I guess I’ll recap how it happened.
I walked in, intending to buy a vaporizer, and was extremely warmly greeted. I asked for the product and he basically pulled it out of thin air and handed it to me. Discussed it with me for a bit. Smiled a lot. Then I asked about card grinders (not for grinding… cards), he performed another magic trick, and he handed one right to me. I already felt so good and was enthralled with this place.
I saw the collection of incense and fainted a little.
I saw all the tobacco (for «rolling», hookah, etc.) and fainted a little.
I felt like I was at home. And I felt like the staff felt like they were at home, but not in an unprofessional way at all… clean cut guys, chill, informed, and willing to help with an assortment of things that they seem to really love and care about.
Then the moment came «Why don’t you check out the back?»
When I tell you, I felt like a 6 year old in Disney Land…

Pieces made out of «faux» colt 45 bottles (almost like you had made them at home but well more professional)(the colt 45 bottle read «Cult 420» instead of the usual).
So many glass pieces, some of the most ornate stuff I’ve ever seen, chillums, camouflage pipes, tables, ladders, chairs… EVERYTHING!!!
Magic.
I was on the verge of tears and thought I was at the end (ready to purchase) when I stepped back into the front and saw a zelda shield, a sword to go with it, some of the coolest CQC weaponry I have ever seen (some disguised like packs of cigarettes and the like)… this place… is beautiful.
Will likely go again.
I could go on and on about all the different flavors of juicy jays and cigar wraps they have… or commend them for how awesome the staff is… or, or, or… I could tell you you’re wasting your time reading this. Go. Now. Be a part of it. It’s worth it.
