Giovani’s Bistro

As recently as about 3 months ago this location has closed. The Gallery Mall is going through a revamping Giovani’s has lost its lease. The restaurant has moved elsewhere, I don’t know where that is.

If you are in the Gallery and craving chicken Caesar salad, then u must try it from here. The salad comes with these amazing garlic bread; they give you four. Downside, they never give you enough dressing so if you are the type of person who likes to smother their salad, then you have to ask for extra dressing, which they charge you for; I think it was $.80.
I tried the pizza there for the first time and it’s ok. They didn’t hear up long enough so it was kind of cold in the middle. The flavors were alright. I got the pizza with goat cheese and roasted tomatoes. A little pricey, $ 3.50 plus tax for a slice.
I haven’t tried anything else but their menu is very extensive. The wings always smells good when I walk by and they always have a full house.

First I came here because someone in NJ (of all places) recommended it… and I was so PLEASANTLY surprised!!!
They didn’t have exactly what I wanted so the nice gentleman behind the counter told me what he could create me and —-OMG it was AMAZING! Gigantic slices LOADED with amazing toppings sizzling and bubbly with goodness… yeah you get the picture.
But they are in a mall you say… well — I can tell you that I HIGHLY recommend them because they will get you exactly what you want, they don’t scrimp on toppings and they are so friendly! I love owners and employees who are pleasant and have a good conversation with you. I was there on a Friday night and they were so nice!
If you are anywhere close to the #GalleryMall and you want #Pizza…get Giovani… you won’t regret it! I didn’t! :-D

I’m really a fan of the pizza here. I like the crust in particular, but your mileage may vary depending on taste. (My wife likes it fine, but isn’t as enthusiastic as me)
