The staff really knows their games and happily talks shop with all the customers. Returns and pre orders are easily handled, no drama or «the look» here. Mall not the best, but the friendly and informed staff make it worth it to hit this game stop first.

I wish we could give half stars… I’d totally give Game Stop a 3.5! That would be their average after this review.
4 Stars — I would give them 4 stars on their exchange policy. I recently traded-​in my PS2 and about 10 games. I got $ 150 off of my purchase of a PS3!
3 Stars — Game selection — both used and new — is not as godd as their selection for PS2 games. Also, the store is always packed, way too hot, and way too difficult to navigate!

There’s a load of wii games here. So that makes me happy. I have to get used to the fact the last time I bought games was for a Sega Genesis, so there was a bit of a sticker shock. That said I found most of the games I was looking for and the staff was pretty helpful with used games etc. I will keep going here to buy wii games. Better selection than FYE or Kmart
