This place has the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. I called the place and the manager picked up and mumbled off something unintelligible under hear breath super quickly. So I ask her if they still buy used DVDs and the manager says «That’s what I JUST got done telling you, don’t you listen??» So I hang up and go to the store and ask her if shes the one that talked to me on the phone like that. She says «Yeah it was me, It was a joke, learn how to take a joke/​sorry you don’t know how to take a joke» all sarcastically. And then tells me she can take my DVDs but cant process them and give me store credit until a few days after. Shell «call me» when she can process them. So I’m supposed to leave my stuff at the store and walk out with nothing? Then she tells me that everyone always asks her the used DVD question like I did after she just gets done announcing their policy. Maybe if she didn’t mumble the used DVD policy under her breath at an 100 mph unintelligible one word vomit, we wouldn’t all be asking her the same crap over and over. So she asks me «are you done?» and then tells me she refuses to service me at all. Then she disappears in the back.
P. S. this is the same location that sold me a «New» blue-​tooth speaker that was dented and had white-​out covering the chipped paint, and THEN tried to accuse me of switching the speaker with a used one that i had bought previously somewhere else! No YOU sold me a dented speaker with white out. Ill never shop at FYE again, shopping strictly on Amazon from now on.

I only shop at fye for CDs. However, customer service is deplorable. Bought an fm transmitter for my car & the sound is not too good on it. Called and asked what there return policy on opened items is, out of no where the manager hangs up on me. Very unprofessional.

I only shop in FYE to buy used dvds and cd’s the staff is usually friendly but everytime I come in here their playing horrible rap music, I get it the malls nickname is jungle mills but not every guest likes that kind of music! They usually have a used dvd deal as well. I do not recommend selling back items, usually you won’t get much back and their brand new things are pricier then other stores are but all in all not bad!
