WOW — I just called to place an order — the man that answered the phone was difficult to understand — so I asked is this «Furniture Mart»? — He hung up on me and acted like he was annoyed. Wow — guess he won’t be getting my big order.

Don’t waste your time; integrity and professionalism issues. The «supervisor» I just spoke with was rude, impatient and unhelpful. I placed an online order that ended up being unavailable from the manufacturer. They failed to notify me and blamed the mishap on a fired employee. They then promised to offer a replacement order at a further discount with expedited shipping– an empty promise.

Very bad service and unreliable. After speaking with them on the phone, I sent them a list of items I wanted to purchase worth around $ 15,000 though after a few days not getting a response I called them just to get attitude from customer service for being impatient and I never heard from them again. They’re prices look good but everything else is a mess.

GO ELSEWHERE! I ordered a very expensive table for my foyer… it never came… but was charged on my credit card. After numerous calls and emails they said that it was damaged and that they cannot get new one from manufacturer… asked us to pick something else. NO THANK YOU! DONE.

Our home burned to the ground and we have just nearly completed the rebuilding of it. We need to buy quite a bit of furniture and the first amount totals over $ 17,000. I’ve left three messages and these folks have not yet returned the call — I know, because I gave them my cell phone number. Either they are no longer in business, or… I don’t know, maybe they just don’t care. They certainly don’t answer their phones during business hours whenever I have tried to call. Looks like they have good deals, but if you cannot communicate with them, what good is it?
Somebody named «moe» — I think, returned my calls … finally — and left a message.
