I called Dynamite after months of frustration with mice all over the house. Rich was very friendly and informative explaining what he was doing as he worked. The family has been in business for over 40 years and he seemed to know what he was talking about. Should take 2 weeks to get it under control.

I highly recommend this company. The owner and staff is very professional, knowledgeably and courtesy. No job is too big or too small; they are able to service your residential and commercial needs. They will make you feel comfortable when explaining your pest problems so no need to be shy. The prices are reasonable. The company has been around for years and they aim to please.

Moved to West Philadelphia for grad school recently and had no idea what I was getting myself into by moving into the area. My place had a pretty serious bug issue and Dynamite took care of it. They have a flat rate so it takes the guess work out if which I really appreciated being new to city. I highly recommend the company. Great customer service!

Though I was not able to find a solution to the issue, Rich refunded half of the original fee, even though he came to my house 2 times and offered to come a third to look again. He was courteous, prompt and honest with me throughout the process and I would definitely hire again (issue at my house was beyond Dynamite ability because it is a row home connected to another house that is the real problem)
