I usually I wouldn’t rate a Dunkin, but I live down the street from this location and I stop in here every morning around 6am on my way to the gym. I have to say the employees are always very pleasant so early in the morning. I’m always in and out. My only complaint is the location and how hard it is to pull in and out off of Girard.

Very friendly employees. It’s very tiny in here so if it’s crowded the line is out the door. Coffee always seems fresh to me.

The WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever experienced. I came here to get a black coffee, and my sons wanted bagels. The order was 2 plain bagels with cream cheese and a black coffee. The wait was over FIFTEENMINUTES. There were 5 people behind the counter and 4 – 7 people in the store at any given time(including myself and my 2 sons). Zero excuse for such incompetence. After 15 minutes we were given a bag of sausage and cheese bagels. Ok, take 2. This is not my order. «It’s not? Are you sure?» Five minutes later, «well what did you order?» I gave them my receipt. «Oh we’re out of plain bagels.» The plain bagels were in our sight when we ordered. Ten more minutes goes by and we got our order, still screwed up — they toasted everything after we asked them not to. Thirty minutes for black coffee and 2 bagels with cream cheese. No apology offered. Dunkin Donuts corporate, please take note and do something about how poorly this place is run.

The iced coffee tastes different every time I order. The employees are always very friendly, which is why I am giving this location 2 stars. Id much rather grab an iced coffee from Milkcrate if I have the extra time/money.

Nice employees, coffee is always the right sugar to cream ratio and fresh. Donuts are good although a few varieties i’ve had better at location near my house(sour cream donut and chocolate cake to be specific) the lack of a drive thru is a bummer but i dont mind stopping since the quality is superior to most DD in and around this area(aramingo ave and 10th and girard)

Wilson Phillips is awful. At 4am, before you’ve had your first cup of Joe, it’s criminal. Given that this is the only coffee shop anywhere near NoLibs/Fishtown that’s open 24 hours, however, I put up with«Hold On» on the stereo while I ordered my coffee and egg sandwich. Aside from the hours, this was pretty much like any other Dunkin Donuts. Coffee was hot, food was ok, and the guy behind the counter was nicer than I was at that time of the morning. There’s ample parking.
