Inconsistent coffee. Staff turns over constantly. Getting a new vs. old donut or muffin is a coin flip throughout the week. Customer service is hit or miss. Spend the extra 5 mins and grab breakfast somewhere else if you can.

It’s dunkin donuts what more can I say. They have the best coffee. The service is fast. The staff members are nice.

HORRIBLE! EVERY time I go there they manage to mess something up … and all I ever get is coffee. I don’t eat their overly processed, overly sweet, overly fattening food. I went there this morning at 5:10 am … they still weren’t open, although they open at 5:00 am. This happens every day, but I decided I’ll take a walk and come back later. 20 minutes later(5:30 am). Still not open. I go to open the door and some portly, spanish guy looks at me, looks at his cell phone and walks away. What a jerk! I will never go there again … PROMISE. StarBucks … here I come!

I’m going to have to agree with Jessica G.‘s review that this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever had the misfortune to visit. I too have been there a number of times and wondered why I came back. They are often completely disorganized and you have to repeat your order two or more times. When the ~30 year old skinny black woman who appears to be a manager shows up it is the worst because the level of confusion goes through the roof among all the staff. Approx. 2.5 years ago I got yelled at by the staff for buying too many(three) dozen donuts at 8:00AM. They refused to serve me. Seriously, you can’t make this up. Recently they gave me the completely wrong sandwich which I did not notice until half an hour later when I got home. And wrong sandwich can be a huge problem for someone like me who is allergic to eggs, not just an inconvenience. The final straw was this Thursday at 5:00PM when I visited and they were out of donuts. Seriously, no donuts, two whole hours before closing. When they offered to substitute other foods I asked for my money back. The short ~55 year old Indian guy said he could not give me my money back(I paid with credit card). I started to laugh at the situation and he got angry. Another staffer came by and showed him how to refund my money. This Dunkin’ is on long-term time-out with me. I just can’t give any money to a place that is more likely than not to completely disappoint.

Good coffee. Never going to let you down as far as consistency. Not a fan if all of their donuts but they are good if you have a sweet tooth. Usually get the medium coffee with light cream no sugar.

«Meh» really sums it up here. I always regret eating the food, and it’s somehow even more expensive than the nearby options for breakfast sandwiches. But you do get consistent mediocrity, so that’s something I guess. 2 star quality also applies to dingy interior and lacking customer service at this location.

This is my «usual» dunkin. I go there often and when I walk in, they usually start making my coffee(woo I reached regular status!) I never had an issue with their sandwiches however it seems like their coolata ice is always low or out.

This is the absolute WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to… avoid it at all costs! I went on 5 different occasions, thinking my first, then second, then third and fourth bad experiences were maybe a fluke and that I should give them a chance — I thought being a Dunkin Donuts wasn’t so difficult. But these people, let me tell you, have MAJOR difficulty in completing even the simplest of tasks. Let me begin with the wait time. All of the 5 times that I went into this place, I waited between 8 and 12 minutes for my ord er, which on more than one occasion was just a latte. The one older gentleman the last time I was there took my order, then took the order of three people after me and then was wondering why I was still standing there. When I asked for my drink, he royally f***ed it up. Also, they’re always out of EVERYTHING. And a few of them cannot speak English — and don’t get me wrong, I’m definitely not anti-immigration or one of those people who say speak English or go home. But if you can’t even understand the English words that are imperative to your job maybe you should learn them, or find a new job. Worst service of any DD ever.
