I have been here a number of times due to business. For the love of God, please hire another waiter for the bar area! The service is appallingly slow. Food is ok. Prices are are really high. That said, the waiters and bar tenders are always nice to me. I think the problem lies in management… Hire some more peeps and get a little more real on your prices.

Writing this review and giving five stars due to the service. I believe our servers name was Brendan and he was such an attentive, friendly person. Stayed here the night before our flight for vacation and this started it off right. Food was good — we just got burgers but they were tasty. Pot stickers were awesome. A bartender came over also to chat with us — believe her name was Kathy. Was just so impressed with the friendliness of them all and how much fun we had with them. Looked like everything was new so definitely give them a try. Disagree with the other reviews on here but maybe those were before the renovations?

Awful service — absolutely the rudest bartender I’ve ever experienced. Food is awful and drinks and watered down. She can’t even make a proper old fashioned.

The food sucks! They made some nice improvements to the lobby and restaurants but the food is garbage. Last night for dinner I had a flavorless cheese steak with a side of cold French fries. The bread was stale, the cheese steak was dry and there was almost no cheese on the sandwich. Today for lunch I had a chicken Caesar salad that had no dressing, wilted romaine lettuce that contained different shades of yellow and orange colors. The chicken was iced cold and smelled funky. I asked the waiter if they cooked the chicken to order and he was unsure. I’m keeping my fingers crossed because I’m eating here tonight as well — assuming I don’t get sick from the two pieces of chicken I ate. ROUNDTWO: My second night I had dinner with my group of 11 people. Three of them didn’t get their entrée until after the rest of the table wS done with their dinner. Two other send the steaks back as they were very poorly cooked. My mid-rare strip was raw on one half and medium on the other. The waitress claimed it was the oven that made it hard to cook evenly. The person sitting across from my couldn’t use his fork to pick up the fingerling potato because the potato was raw and he couldn’t get his fork to stick. My(and everyone else at the table) had the same problem with our Brussel sprouts — raw and hard as a rock. I could go on and on but it’s honestly too painful for me to have to relive it. Tucked away in an airport hotel is a seemingly posh little restaurant that caters to the on-the-go business crowd that must not have enough time to notice that they’re being served horribly bland food. What a disappointment. I was literally so relieved to arrive at the hotel and happy to see a restaurant that I collapsed into a chair immediately. The server was extremely knowledgeable and polite with his recommendations, and my friend and I ordered some well-deserved drinks to start the evening off with. I got a beer on tap, she got a cocktail; hers didn’t live up to expectations, mine was… well, it was on tap. Can’t really muck that up too bad. Ordered a steak for my friend and the salmon with a pretentious description for myself; I was really sold on the potatoes and broccolini. Stepped outside for a few moments while the food was being prepared; told the server as much, and he said he would hold the food if it was finished before we returned. We came back inside. The food was lukewarm in pieces, cold in others. We told the server as much and he blamed it on us stepping outside. I tried my plate – totally unseasoned salmon still smelling strongly of fish and sea. No salt or pepper on either the potatoes or the broccolini – not even butter! The servers became rude when I had to ask for both S&P and butter; the butter was cold as well, so I couldn’t incorporate it into the dish. Fucking useless. My friend’s steak was cooked to her liking, but the sides were just unappetizing. We racked up a high bill of $ 130 and ended up eating Doritos in our room just 15 minutes afterward because we were left so unsatisfied with dinner! No, thank you. I don’t need your attitude or your lackluster meal. I would not dine here unless I literally had no way of leaving this hotel and room service was not delivering, because it really is a gyp.

This place was packed due to flights being cancelled. The place was recently revonavated so it looked very nice and modern. I went with a cheese steak with fries and a pickle $ 13. they only had 3 beers on tap, a local IPA, Stella and blue moon. They did have a lot of bottled beer. I went with the draft IPA $ 6.50 each. service was very friendly.
